Nothing
The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting. Crumbs and stains on furniture and floor. The pull out mattress was disgusting with stains and springs coming through. Should have been replaced years ago. Rust on the dishwasher and handles of the drawers in the kitchen. Dining table not cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the walls were peeling. The bathroom door locked and could not be opened. My kids and I had to walk to the lobby anytime we had to go. Was not able to shower and had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. The headboard in the bedroom was stained. Will never come back
Continental breakfast
The room was dingy, musty smelling. Bathroom had stains and chipped paint. The dining table had a broken leg. It looks like someone punched the headboard on the bed by the window.I reserved a king room.I got a double queen room......
This property exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the nicest staff, and check-in was super fast. Our room was so clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast, but it smelled great! The area was super nice and quiet, far enough away from the highway, but with easy access to get back on the road. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Very clean. Room was excellent. Great breakfast options.
Nothing
It was clean, bright, welcoming.
Perhaps the breakfast buffet could stay open an half hour longer. Also, teach them how to cook grits and add salt to them!
5 star varieties of all sort
Clean and spacious.
First let me say that I really did try to politely and constructively give feedback to someone on the phone that said they were a manager and they didn't even apologize for our experience they said "ok thanks". I generally don't leave a bad review and try to provide feedback directly, but I will surely say that this experience and the lack of concern when I tried to talk to the manager has prompted me to do so. I spent the night in a freezing cold room. I called the front desk and asked for blankets because it was so cold and the heat was not doing anything at all. I was provided with two blankets and a space heater, which was tiny (like the kind you put under your desk for your feet). The little heater had no impact on me seeing my actual breath in the air. The bathroom was in bad shape, with the fixtures in the shower all askew and the caulk was pink in spots with mildew. The hot water only produced lukewarm water, which didn't do anything to help with the frozen tundra atmosphere. I get that things happen to systems and such, but paying to stay in an icebox, with no explanation or even a "I'm sorry about this" is just not ok. Normally Residence Inns are decent, but this was a really bad experience and disappointing.
