Nice location
Pros:

The hotel was very close to downtown Auburn. There were great coffee shops right in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was visible mold on the edge of the showers and the toilet.

It was underwhelming. Didn’t even ask how our stay was upon checking out at front desk.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Eggs are not great at all. Selection wasn’t bad but more fresh fruit would be nice. Room was clean and we liked the layout.

Cons:

The mattress in our room needs to be replaced. The side near the bathroom has a major divot worn into it. The air conditioner makes annoying noises every time it kicks on which wakes you through the night. The hottest setting in the shower was just barely warm and with it being an open shower (no door) I was cold throughout my shower. The disposal in the room needs cleaning….smells bad.

Glasses inside our cabinets were not clean. Lip print marks were all over the rim.
