Pros:

Well located.

Cons:

same breakfast was served everyday. restaurant was understaffed early morning. Even the main lobby did not have proper air-conditioning. Was suffocating during the check in process.

Filthy rooms with cockroaches
Pros:

I am Marriot Bonvoy member and have been to few Marriot properties in India and abroad.
Chose Fairfield by Marriot, Lucknow to experience convenience and comfort. However the experience was anything but good. Though I preferred a smoking room, the conditions of the room from previous was pathetic. The room was stinking of smoke due to improper ventilation and non usage of any room fresheners.
The room lacked hygiene and had a cockroach inside. The floors were unclean and littered with snacks and dust. Housekeeping was taken for granted in it.
Morever communication about complimentary breakfast was insufficient. A prior stay at the property, the front desk staff had informed us to avail complimentary breakfast. This time however we were informed that it is chargeable after finishing our breakfast, even though the room information card mentioned about complimentary breakfast.
Front desk offered us an extended stay for the lack in hygiene and mentioned issues which is vague and illogical considering we have travel plans and flight in the afternoon.

This is a value for money and is located at the best locality
Cons:

Slow service and this is the second time I have stayed here and during breakfast service I saw unclean glasses and some bugs around. Twice had to ask for something but the serving staff forgot to bring it.

This is what hotels should be like: friendly, clean, modern. And for all affordable price

Cons:

It's a bit far from the tourist areas, but I guess that's the trade-off for the niceness. Ubers made it easy to get there though.
