Pros:

The property was very clean and had a very clean smell. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice and clean. When I stepped into the building- I had a good vibe. Only thing is , they had great food options, but the preparation is bad. I had pepper poppers and fries- they had to put them in the oven, which I did not mind….but when I got it- the food was over cooked. Hard and burnt! But, overall a very nice stay. I would definitely go back!

The staff was great at check in. Had a very large, clean room. Had a small issue with a light flickering in our bathroom and maintenance was quick to arrive and fix the issue. The only complaint I have is that the pool was quite chilly and the hot tub was out of service which is one of the reassons I had chosen this location was for the hot tub.

Pros:

Check in took a long time because the key didn't work. When my husband finally got in the room, there was a mystery bag. Staff swore the room wasn't double booked, but we woke up at night to some guy (presumably the iwnee of the bag) knocking on the door saying it was his room.

Just a bit chaotic.

Didnt use internet, but was disappointed the tv didnt come with netflix option, it was just direct TV, nothing worth watching on a Saturday night, plus the pool, which i really was looking forward to, was "closed indefinitely " according to the front desk person, and the morning manager wasn't very friendly. Oh, breakfast was supposed to be over at 11am, i went down at 1030 and it was all pretty much cleaned up. Wont be back to stay if i need a room.

Pros:

A lot of people come to the Houston area and stay in Katy. Go check out everything near the Katy Mills mall area. You should also check out a country western dive bar called wildcatters.

Pros:

I like the property for the most part my only gripe is the internet was awful and I was unable to connect my ps5 which ruined a portion of my stay which is really unfortunate the rest of the hotel is great

House keep was my only problem didn’t bring me toilet paper or clean towels to my room I after to ask and still didn’t do it, so I had to ask the front desk to give me some towels and toilet paper
