Fantastic stay, everything was spot on 👍😊
Pros:

- Huge room and bed
- Huge bathroom and lots of amenities provided
- Friendly staff and everywhere was clean

Cons:

- No breakfast currently being offered which would have been a nice addition

Great anniversary weekend!
Pros:

Been here many times love it!!! The only complaint we had was the outside hot tub was not warm on Friday night upon our arrival. It was fixed before we left on Sunday. Everything else was perfect!

Overpriced & very little customer service

Was pretty

Cons:

For the amount of money we paid for 1 night, the hotel could have at least offered some hot coffee in the lobby. The Italian restaurant manager was doing favors for people rather than sticking to the list of those who checked in - 1st come first served. Had to wait 40 minutes.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs more supervision. Towels were changed once in 3 days. Bed was never made. There was a number to call but after a full day out we just wanted some rest.

A fantastically equipped resort and good value for money
Pros:

Everything! A really great resort- super facilities and an excellent studio bedroom with sofa, table and very well equipped kitchenette. Brilliant. Gorgeous views from the room over the hotel vineyard. Delicious food in the hotel steak restaurant. Good location next to shops and supermarket.

Cons:

The only thing was that our room was an inter connecting one and so you could hear nextdoor’s noises very clearly.
