Loved it!
Pros:

Pool area was great, proximity to restaurants, Loon mountain and the kangamangus highway.

Cons:

Thought there would be a real bed in the room but there was only a Murphy bed and pull out couch.

It was was just an average stay.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The fire pit wasn’t working. The movie night by the pool Wednesday night never happened . There wasn’t enough luggage carts the day of checkout. No coffee or breakfast not even a muffin in the morning. For the price you pay no little extras.

Pros:

Loved the rooms with the balcony view of the mountains. The views were fantastic. Loved it. The staff was helpful. Restaurants were amazing. And spa was the best.

Cons:

One of the days we didn't get housekeeping. And one day it looked like the bed was made in a rush.

Pros:

We love the architecture of the hotel, its very modernized/luxurious but still gives that New Hampshire atmosphere. The pool/hot tub are always nice and we love La Vista and Rhythm- Josh is the best bartender, can't wait to see him again!

Cons:

The hot tub could be a bit hotter and open until maybe 11 but otherwise, everything is amazing.

Overall it was a great stay! When I come back to North Conway, this is where I’ll stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, the pool area was expansive and the large heated pool was amazing. There were many restaurant options and the staff were great. The location was centrally located and you could walk to many places off property.

Cons:

Not so much of a complaint but we believe the pool area would benefit from a food and drink service. If that service does exist, it wasn’t clear to us!
