Pros:

Totally Remodeled hotel and rooms. Everything was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Small bathroom with only a shower. But this is an old hotel that was remodeled and kept original tile it looks like. but was great.

Pros:

Love the proximity to downtown. Close enough to walk to everything downtown, but not right in the middle of all the noise. On site parking. VERY pet friendly. Super clean! And the owner is the absolute sweetest!!

Very disappointed for staff not verifying which dogs were barking and charged us.

Cons:

We were charged 150.00 for our dogs barking for hours and we were gone 15 min I came back it was dog next door which had been barking and howling all day. I came straight back when they called we still got charged $150. Bunch of BS

Pros:

The Value, Size and Location is top notch. Walking distance to everything in Hot Springs, inexpensive and spacious. This is a no-nonsense type spot...the restrooms are dated and small but the rest the king suite was enormous. The staff and is friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are small and could use an update

Wonderful Getaway!
Pros:

We really look forward to our stays at The Happy Hollow. The staff is always so friendly and the location is wonderful, everything is within walking distance. The beds are so comfortable. I love the new door code system.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, particularly the shower.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs!

We like the coziness and quiet of the small facility. We were also pleased with the location close to downtown and to the mountain trails.
