No hot water in the morning. After my complaint, reception replied "I have no shower rights".

Cons:

After getting no hot water in the morning, I had to argue with the reception that this is unacceptable, as the main purpose of my 1-night business stay was to get refreshed. I demanded a discount, which was initially refused. After I called a manager, he promised me 50% refund. One month after, I got no refund and customer support is not responding.

수저우 출장때마다 묵어요. 무난무난 합니다. 다만 호텔스닷컴 통해 예약한 내역이 안나온다고 해서 카운터에서 오래동안 시간을 보냈네요

Pros:

The air-conditioning did not work very well. It was 100 degrees temp outside and out room was in the 80's. Even their maintenance man could not bring it down much Very miserable sleeping at night. The other problem was that the we did not always get room service. We have business over in China so we will probably go back to that hotel because it is in the better location for what we need to do. They also need some American food!
