Excellent hotel in a great location, close to the central bus station, metro, and train station. Just a 2-minute walk from a street full of cafés and restaurants, and about a 15-minute walk from the seaside promenade and shopping malls.
The rooms are very spacious. We chose a room with a large balcony offering a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The hotel is also only a few minutes' drive from .
The breakfast was good and varied, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this hotel, and would gladly return in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Location is very comfortable. We arrived and left back to the airport by airport bus, the bus station is just nearby the hotel. Safety box, iron, tea and coffee facilities were useful
The shower room is not convenient, water is splashing out of the shower place, and it's almost impossible to take a shower without plenty of water on the floor. The ironing board was broken, we could not use it. One of the lamps by the bed was out of order

They need to do more in the food menu for breakfast buffet.international asian varieties of food is necessary considering the location of the country in asia.

The location was excellent, although the area around the hotel was a bit crowded with small shops. Breakfast was decent, and the dairy products were good.
The check-in time at 3 PM was too late. Even though some rooms were ready earlier, the hotel still asked for an extra payment for early check-in. Since we were a group of 11 people, it would have been helpful if at least a few rooms were provided earlier.
The bathroom also had drainage issues, and the bathtub filled with water during showers. I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, but the reception said the hotel was fully booked.
p.s. The breakfast coffee was disappointing as only instant coffee was available.
The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice with a good variety. The location is excellent next to the metro and bus station. The views from the room are nice.

Чистый номер, хороший запах в отеле, отличная уборка, девушки из клининга очень отзывчивые , удобное расположение отеля.
Фарид и Кянан заселили нас на два часа раньше заезда, после выселения помогли отнести тяжелые чемоданы в такси.
