الفندق نظيف وموقعه ممتاز مكان حيوي
وقريب من مول 28 مشي
وسوف أكرر الإقامة المرات القادمة

Cons:

ماتقدر تأخذ تكسي عند الفندق
لازم يكون بعيد عن الفندق ما يقارب 300 متر

وسرير النوم ليس مريح نوعا ما

والملاحظة الثانية : للأسف لم يوجد شطاف
وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق يحسبون حساب هذه الملاحظة
لأن نحن العرب والمسلمين نفضل الشطاف وبشدة

Excellent place and service
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful, due to unforseen circumstances we booked in the last minute and arrived very early, they were very helpful and prepared the room for us almost immediatelly.
The restaurant on the 5th floor is also excellent quality with a nice view.

"First of all, thank you so much for upgrading us to the Executive Suite! The room was absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Baku truly special. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. While the location is a bit far from Nizami Street, it’s not an issue at all if you are comfortable with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Plus, the hotel is right next to the metro and main bus stations, making it incredibly convenient to visit major sights. Taxis are also easily available right from the property."

Do not stay here trust me

Big room, Good view, spacious layout

Cons:

Bed quality was bad was super noisy Everytime you move ended up putting on the floor. Zero insulation forget about sleeping. You can hear the street noise all night and we were in the 10th floor which is considered high, you can here noise through the vent of other room, you can here people on the hall way. The reception looks old and no people with zero effort. I ordered a baby crib and what surprised me they had a wooden crib that was soo old and chipped from every direction i was like its okay i can make it work and then the big surprise no crib mattress only folded blanket inside the mattress. Very sketchy type of people stay in the hotel you will girls and men laugh and be drunk in the hallway. You go down late at night you would see men with prostitutes every single night so visually it's just not please. The hotel should not accept these kind of people and this behavior.
