Oustanding value in a superb location
Pros:

Excellent location so close to the airport bus, the metro and the railway station - it couldn't be more central. Breakfast is excellent, with otustanding selection for vegetarians and gluten-free diets, and the staff are very polite and friendly (speaking a good standard of English). The hotel represents outstanding value for money, and on returning to Baku I really wouldn't look at any other options - it does the job perfectly!

Perfect
Pros:

Location, size of the rooms, every facility available, the balcony view from my room, staff at reception.

Cons:

It has nothing to do with the property but when I was booking my stay through booking.com, I was notified that I will get complementary taxi from airport to hotel on arrival however the same was not provided by the hotel. They said it was mentioned by booking.com and hotel does not have any such service.

Great stay!
Pros:

I had great stay in this hotel. Everything was good: location, spacious room, nice city view from 15th floor, breakfast and of course friendly staff. Special for thanks to Farid, Leyla and Elbrus for your professional attitude to the guests.

Всё кроме воздуховода. Большое спасибо ресепшионисту Эльбрусу, который по моей просьбе провёл обзор интересующих меня типов номеров.

Cons:

Из воздуховода над кроватью постоянно дул прохладный воздух. Включение/Выключение кондиционера никак на это не влияло. Плюс сам шум движения воздуха может кому-то мешать.

لايوجد عامل لنقل الحقاءئب من السياره الي الاستقبال ومن الاستغلال الي الغرف عندهم نظام اخدم نفسك بنفسك ولاتوجد مواقف عند مدخل الفندق .
