I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a comfortable atmosphere and a well-stocked minibar.

If I had to mention two things that could be improved, it would be the opening hours of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. They close far too early, which makes it hard to use them after a day of exploring. Second the pillows weren’t that comfortable.

Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend!

We had an outstanding four-night stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish—staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Our one-bedroom corner suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered an amazing city view that made the experience unforgettable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating the perfect balance of comfort and luxury.

The location is excellent, and every detail of our stay was seamless. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Located close to BTS Thong Lo Station. Hotel offer free schedule shuttle to/free station. Room is spacious with a comfortable sofa along the window side. Thus we enjoyed our snacks and drinks in room. Snacks and drinks were daily replenished I believe this only available from very few hotels). Staff at lobby were always attentive with smile and greeting. Absolutely, strongly recommended and would like to stay here again.

There wasn’t a thing that this hotel did that wasn’t above and beyond. Services, hospitality, spa was perfection all while being in the nicest hotel suite i’ve ever been in. Will absolutely be here again

Very good hotel

We stayed in Bangkok for four nights, including a night for my girlfriends birthday. On arrival the hotel had decorated our room in celebration which was a great touch. Pool and sauna were good, although we didn't spend enough time at the hotel to appreciate them. Views from the hotel room were stunning, and huge comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, catering for all types of guests. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. They arranged our tickets to watch Muay Thai boxing at the national arena at short notice. Hotel shuttle bus is also great for the 15 min walk to the local metro line. Would highly recommend staying here
