Perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location, easy to walk everywhere right from the hotel. Stunning castle and gardens all easily walkable. Great fusion breakfast which all of us loved. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. A great experience!

ที่พักอยู่ใกล้ปราสาทคานาซาวะ ไม่ไกลจากทางเข้าปราสาท ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อยสำหรับ 3 คน บริเวณรอบๆที่พักค่อนข้างหาอาหารเย็นทานยาก แต่มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ด้านหลังโรงแรม เดินไม่ไกลนัก ที่พักมีไมโครเวฟส่วนกลางสามารถอุ่นอาหารทานได้

Pros:

静かにゆっくり出来ました。駐車場も広くホテルマンさん達もとても素敵でした。お部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

こちらの下調べが悪かったのですが、大浴場が工事中だった事とトイレットペーパーとホルダーとの相性が悪くペーパーを取る度に部屋に「何があったんだ？」と思うほどの大音量のガタガタ音がした事です。

Decent hotel in good location but recommend skipping breakfast.
Pros:

It was a decent hotel in a good location for the castle and the garden. It was a pretty comfortable stay overall.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good (for western taste) and quite expensive for what it was.

Loved this hotel its beautiful & the staff are amazing

フロントの対応が極めて印象が良かった

Cons:

レストランの夕食が予約制になっていて、満席で食べれなかった。以前よく利用していたためHPで確認しなかった自分の落ち度ではあろうが、
しかし非常にレベルが高かった日本料理店は大浴場へ変更するために閉鎖され、二階の大衆的洋食レストランまで予約制になっていたので、大変がっかりした。

Pros:

Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was alles goed schoon.

Cons:

De kamer was een stuk kleiner dan op de foto leek. Daarnaast waren de bedden erg hard. Ik zou het zeker geen 3 personen kamer noemen.
