der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wohltuend, es ist vor allem das Abendessen als Halbpension zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr freundlich und engagiertes Personal und Chef, das Abend-Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich , gute Bus-Verbindung, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel

Tolles Hotel auf hohem Niveau
Pros:

Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren hervorragend. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß beim Baden. Die kleine Sauna direkt nebenan ist auch super. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden gerne noch mal kommen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es ein bisschen zu heiß und wir konnten nicht so gut schlafen.

Piacevole scoperta
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti io e mio marito per il nostro viaggio di nozze.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera allestita, un gesto molto apprezzato da parte nostra.
Colazione buonissima soprattutto su alcuni prodotti.
L'ultima sera che siamo stati ospiti presso questa struttura siamo stati piacevolmente coccolati da Vasi un ragazzo dello staff molto a modo e accogliente, ci ha servito due ottimi cocktail al bar e durante la cena.. sapendo che ero in dolce attesa ha saputo accogliere le mie esigenze in modo molto comprensivo.
Un altro ringraziamento va a una signora bionda che serve le colazioni, sempre sorridente e accogliente.
Lavorando in albergo sono valori aggiunti a una struttura, lo staff è il biglietto da visita.
Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Cons:

La piscina é un po' piccolina, durante il nostro soggiorno c'era molta affluenza ed era piena..
Unica pecca negativa è il non controllo nella parte spa, la gente giocava con la palla in piscina senza che nessuno dicesse nulla.
Non è stato rilassante.

I cornetti sapevano troppo troppo di burro

Pros:

Das Frühstück war toll! Die Lage mit Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und fußläufig zum Kloster Neustift war perfekt . Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren, wie auf dem Foto abgebildet, auf einen Holzboden eingestellt.
Das Bad hatte zuerst einen schlechten Geruch, der jedoch nach Anmerkung unsererseits sofort behoben wurde.
Das Fenster ging zur Baustelle, was Lärmbelästigung zur Folge hatte. Unter diesen Bedingungen wäre ein geringerer Preis pro Nacht angemessen gewesen.
