Cons:

Leider war das Personal beim Frühstück zum Teil demotiviert. Außerdem wurde das Frühstück - trotz der riesigen und hervorragen Auswahl - dadurch geschmälert, dass die Frühstücksbrötchen zu kurz aufgebacken wurden. Schade, ansonsten wäre es eine 10 gewesen.

Excellent loccation in city centre. Room comfortable, washing facilities excellent, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast noit always up to standard - some items unavailable on some days.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein („superior“!), ziemlich in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung, völlig unzureichende Klimaanlage und wenig hilfreiches Personal. Unser Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer war angeblich die nächsten 3 Tage nicht erfüllbar so dass wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht haben.

Perfect, best choice in Leipzig
Pros:

Thank you to the staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining every little detail. The rooms are hygienic, clean. It's also as central as it can get, right in the middle of the shopping central, i would say perfect for tourist to reach from anywhere to travel anywhere with public transportation.

Das Zimmer war komfortabel der Mini-Balkon ist angenehm jedoch bei Regen nicht zu empfehlen. Der Bodenbelag war extrem rutschig aufgrund der Nässe.

Das Frühstück hat viel Luft nach oben die Würstchen waren noch roh das Rührei ging gar nicht. Die Brötchen waren jedoch super.

Excellent location and good service.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was in the middle of everything. Oxana was very helpful getting me set up with the wifi and was very kind. A coffee machine in the lobby dispensing coffee and hot chocolate almost 24 hours a day was much appreciated.

Cons:

A refrigerator in the room would have been very nice.
