DONT STAY HERE
Pros:

This hotel cancelled the day of arrival. The island was 90% booked out. I had paid £140 for a 4 night stay but all they told me was to cancel on hotels.com. If I cancelled online I wouldn't receive a refund so I spent 4 days going back and forth trying to get my money back. I had to visit the hotel itself to do this because no one would answer there phone. The reception was useless and didn't help at all.

Pros:

Very close to the beach, restaurants and bars! You will walk between the locals and feel for a moment as a Gili habitant!

Pros:

Very comfortable, needed to rent a bicycle it's location approx 1km from Main Street.. nothing else there..
There is no generator and experienced 1 night with no power.
Basic breakfast and day of departure left without as there was no staff to cook.. just being honest

Pros:

When the manager was there she was helpful. Breakfast order needs to be placed 8:30 am, then manager goes to a resaurant and brings it back... so you need at least an hour. Location terrible yard is dirty, but room was very good. Choice of dvds in english, no tv in english.

Exceptional find - great room with amenities
Pros:

Fantastic stay at Villa Kayla. Great service and friendly staff. Place had everything we needed and more; incredibly comfortable bed with lots of pillows, tv and DVD player (and HDMI if you have something to plug in), fast wifi, great breakfast and laundry service on site. Very clean bathroom and good powerful shower with amenities included. Even a free water cooler in room and minibar at same price as supermarket. Cannot fault the room. Had a fantastic stay!
