La ubucacion es genial, el oersonal muy amable y el menú de alimentos variado y delicioso.

Las discos cercanas y el ruido molesta si quieres descansar temprano
Desde que llegué, todo el personal fue súper amable: en recepción, en el restaurante y hasta quienes se encargan de la limpieza. La habitación me encantó: muy amplia, con una cama enorme y comodísima, y el baño siempre impecable. El servicio de limpieza estuvo siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera ordenado y limpio. El hotel está en una zona residencial tranquila, y a solo unos pasos del centro comercial Presidente Plaza.
Justo frente al hotel hay un bar que, por las noches, se pone bastante ruidoso y rompe un poco la tranquilidad del lugar. Pero como las habitaciones están al fondo del hotel, no se escucha nada desde ahí, así que pude descansar sin problema.

We had a great time. The room was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was massive. The breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again.

The service at the hotel. Rooms did not have enough towels, no food when they have an event. No cash for customers.
The location was excellent, the food was great.
The rooms are not sound proof. You could hear your neighbours complete conversation or hear their TV. Also, the most dissapointing fact (and main reason I won't return) is the fact the house next door is a nightclub terrace, which won't make you able to sleep at all. Too much noise, such a shame for a beatiful hotel.
The things i enjoyed most were the spacious room, which is much bigger than the competition.
Also the personel was really helpfull in our needs.
The breakfast from the hotel is great with variety and cooked at the moment.
I would recommend to friends and family
There is always room for improvement.
The staff was only available early in the morning on sunday and seemed to be prepared for only one guest (1robe, one chair, etc)
