Simplesmente perfeita. Ficarei outras vezes no futuro.
Pros:

Local é maravilhoso, com uma vista linda e única para o mar. Super confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro deu um trabalho para ficar quente, mas deu certo. O estacionamento interno do prédio tem vagas bem apertadas.

Funcionários responsáveis pelo apartamento deixaram a desejar, apartamento muito caro para o que entregaram.

Localização é a única vantagem que eu vi.

Cons:

Muita burocracia pra um custo benefício alto, não obtive informações necessárias e claras, fiquei rodando até me responderem por mensagem, e quando acessamos a recepção ainda demorou pq não autorizaram entrada, respostas por mensagem muito demoradas.
Falta fazer alguns reparos no apartamento já que o custo benefício é alto, reparos nas portas, não tem como fechar portas dos quartos na chave, não tem chuveiro elétrico.
Obs: se atualizem na tecnologia, super desnecessário ir um funcionário no apartamento para receber pagamento sendo que já deixamos um cartão no aplicativo para isso, o valor eo padrão do prédio não condiz com essa conduta. Facilidade é tudo e pra isso que serve a tecnologia, evitando contato com terceiros, e ainda tem um calção que deixa na entrada, porém na saída demoraram a me estornar, precisando mandar várias mensagens.

Pros:

O prédio fica em uma localização ótima e a infraestrutura do complexo também é muito boa. A vista do apartamento é linda! O chuveiro e o secador de cabelos também eram muito bons. O anfitrião também foi bem atencioso e o check In e o checkout foram bem rápidos.

Cons:

Achei que o mobiliário precisa de manutenção e a cama de casal poderia ser maior. Mas o pior foi a falta total de black out no quarto menor e também em uma janela menor da sala/quarto. Muito ruim acordar tão cedo por conta da claridade.
