Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sadik war sehr nett und hat uns herzlich empfangen obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angereist sind. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es wurde jeden tag gereinigt und geputzt.
Es war immer Tag und Nacht jemand da und das war richtig gut.
Der Aufzug war super. Beginnt jedoch erst im 1. Stock. Das sollte man wissen wenn man sich mit Treppen schwer tut.
Für uns war es kein Problem.
Wenn wir was benötigt haben wurde uns immer ausgeholfen. Wir haben uns gut und sicher gefühlt.
Der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde organisiert und war preislich sehr fair.
Preis Leistung war das Hotel herausragend gut.

Cons:

Das vierer Zimmer ist etwas zu klein.
Für 3 Personen besser geeignet von der Größe.

Cons:

Photos of room is different on booking.com. I excepted big room than it was, because on the photos the room is much more big than in real. Other everything was okay.

Great location. Friendly staff. (Be aware of potential smell of cigarettes.)
Pros:

+ Super close to Taksim main street with many shops and restaurants.
+ Han from the reception was super helpful on many occasions. (Cheers to him!)
+ Good wifi.

Cons:

- All rooms are advertised as non-smoking rooms, and we specifically asked for one. However, it took us two days to finally get (sort of) rid of the smell of cold smoke. (I guess smoking was allowed in the past and it still sits deep in the walls.)

Will 100% return when back in Istanbul, highly recommend.
Pros:

I stayed here for a week whilst visiting Istanbul. Location is amazing right next to taksim square. Room is simple, but great value for money. Very clean. Staff are kind and friendly, particularly Subhan who works nights - welcoming, helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really, very fair for price paid.
