Para quem quer ficar por pouco tempo e economizar na hospedagem vale a pena
Pros:

A localização é muito boa. Tem base da polícia militar nas duas esquinas da rua. Muito comércio e bares na rua do hotel, na rua da frente e atrás dele, inclusive restaurante e lanchonete.
Tv com canais abertos. Tamanho do quarto me surpreendeu positivamente.
Água quente no chuveiro.
Tamanho do banheiro também me surpreendeu.
Cama boa,frigobar, wi-fi,mesa e cadeira no quarto para ligar computador.
Gostei da possibilidade de pedir lanche até às 22h com grande variedade e preços bons.
Café da manhã com somente leite, café, margarina, presunto, queijo, mamão e banana, um tipo de bolo, pão francês,biscoito maizena,cream cracker e recheado.

Cons:

A rua do hotel está em obras da Prefeitura.Faltou toalha de rosto e tapete no banheiro.Poderia ter ovos mexidos.

Me decepcionou.
Pros:

O atendimento da recepção foi excelente muito atenciosa.

Cons:

O chão do apartamento estava cheio de cabelos e poeira as roupas de cama estava com cheiro ruim inclusive as fronhas,o cobertor com rasgos, o café foi o mais simples possível deixou muito a desejar.

Melhor custo benefício da região
Pros:

Começamos pelo melhor: equipe de colaboradores maravilhosa! Localização foi perfeita para percorrer todo o centro histórico. Chuveiro e colchão novos. Quarto recém reformado. Muito grande para os padrões dessa região. É um hotel simples, café da manhã simples mas com um excelente custo benefício.

Banheiro funcional mas, esteticamente, ainda pede reformas.
