1 - 3 room nights: 24 hours
4 - 6 room nights: 48 hours
7 - 10 room nights: 1 week
11 + room nights: 2 weeks
Room nights are defined as the number of rooms reserved multiplied by the number of nights booked. In the event of no-shows, the first night’s accommodations rate will be charged in full.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was huge. So was the bathroom. Clean and comfortable. However they could use some upgrading. Breakfast buffet and hot breakfast both were good. We got dinner at the bar. It had some delicious dishes. It was good overall.

No lift or air conditioning
Breakfast by the open patio doors watching the birds was lovely. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The room size was good and was clean. Plenty of parking round the back
Our room looked out onto the flat roof that houses the extractor system. This posed some issues - the noise was very unpleasant though does get turned off at 10ish at night. The hotel is by a river so in summer has a big problem with midges and bugs so the windows cannot be opened but due to the extractor noise you might not want to. However, the bathroom didn't have extraction so the room became very humid after a shower and you cannot vent out that heat. The shower has it's own issues as well! The water pressure is great but the temperature can run from freezing cold to boiling, regardless of what the temperature is set to. The spotlight bulbs flickered but couldn't be turned off independently of the main light.
Evening meal was exceptional, there was a pool wirh towels provided. Beds were clean and comfortable. Grounds were lovely
Hotel very run down and shabby needs a lot of work, mould in the bedroom and bathroom. Rusty fittings in bathroom, stained carpets. In need of a complete renovation. Pool ok, bit dirty with tiles missing. Jacuzzi unsafe to use, broken condition, most of tiles missing and dirty. Room was right next to reception and very noisy. Toilet did not flush properly. No toiletries. Had to ask for hand soap.

Good locations beautiful views
Very loud by the main road which can’t be helped.
The highlight for us, was hands down the restaurant. Breakfast had everything available you could wish for but the dinner was amazing. Best lamb dish I’ve ever had in my life so I had it both nights!! Also such a beautiful location, nothing better than hearing water around you when you step outside. Very peaceful. Wish we were staying longer as didn’t have time to try out the spa facilities!
I think the decor and overall appearance of the rooms could do with a tweak!
The bed was comfy to sleep on but the edges of the bed were really hard

Beautiful location and staff very nice.
Room and bathroom very tired. Bathroom and shower curtain mouldy and very worn, needed replacing. Toilet seat broken and hanging to one side. Breakfast not great. Ok choice of cold buffet, but the eggs received with all four breakfasts overcooked.

The room was very basic and dated the hotel is in need of improvements.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Nant Ddu is in a great location with Brecon Beacons literally on your doorstep. Restaurant food is good, too.
The place has a very tired feel to it and I had reservations about the overall cleanliness of the rooms. For example, some of the spare bedding was blood-stained and dust and cobwebs were in abundance.
it was just a normal room and settings, dinning very expenceive, having dined in other hotels for far less
