16年ぶりのステイ。セルフエントランスでプライベート感があってリラックスできました。室内は広々して過ごしやすかった。コンパクトキッチンと使いやすバスルームなど長期のステイにも対応できるサイズのお部屋です。
隣のホテルのプールが利用できるので、スイマーの友達も満足でした。

繁華街なのでイベント時は騒音が聞こえるが、慣れればそれほど酷いわけではない。
４階の部屋へは良い運動だと思って階段を上り下りしましょう！
"Hôtel très bien placé. Malgré l'animation des bars du Jomtien Complex à proximité, l’établissement offre une excellente insonorisation, garantissant des nuits parfaitement calmes.
Le patron et l'ensemble du personnel sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées (coin cuisine avec bouilloire, micro-ondes, etc.) et surtout, la literie est de grande qualité, ce qui est essentiel pour une bonne récupération.
On aimerait tellement trouver ce niveau de prestation en France à un prix aussi abordable ! En bref, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour alliant confort et praticité, et j'y reviendrai dès que possible."
tout était parfait, comme indiqué plus haut, je reviendrais avec plaisir et je recommande cet hôtel, Hôtel de préférence tout de même pour les couches tard.
Very large and comfortable accommodation, which is outstanding for Thailand. Clean, well maintained, and excellent value for money. Air conditioning and fans are super quiet.
Better windows and patio doors would be good, as it is very noisy in the evenings. Ultimately, this is also due to its very central location in the middle of Party Street.

Reported no hot water on my first day Monday and after repeated attempts was not fixed untill Friday. Cold showers all week. Girlfreind not happy. Owner John was very apologetic.
Then Saturday I stepped out of the shower with water all over the floor slipped and hit my head.
Lucky I didn't need stitches.
Room was good but something needs to be done about the shower at least in room 42. Had to.mop the floor with a towel.
Cleaning staff are great and the guy on reception.
Thursday there was no one on reception to report no hot water again although I could have phoned I guess.
Séjour très agréable mais dommage que les étages ne soient pas desservis par un ascenseur. Quand on est au troisième étage, cela n’est pas bien plaisant de devoir monter dans la chaleur les chambre qui se situent dans les étages.

If you like supertown gay area, this is just in there...room is nice even there have this bad smell in a toilet probably coming from pipes...and a lot of noise from bars around there until 2:30 am. If not stay room until late night this no problem. Room is huge and overall everything is good.
Shower is without doors and walls, so everybody can see when you shower. Toilet bad smell. Same last year, still same. A lot of noises from around bars, that not bother if you dont come back to room before 2:30 am.
Great hotel with wonderful staff and owner. Always a very warm welcome. The property is well maintained and very central quiet location.
Great property. Great location. Easily walkable from bus stop that comes from Bangkok airport. It is in a party area so you do hear music from outside between 8pm (ish) and 2am but it was never loud enough to bother me. Room was large like a studio apartment with microwave and refrigerator and enough dishes to fix a variety of meals. Looking forward to returning in a few months.
Large comfortable rooms, great location, air conditioning worked well as did the hot water.
Better wifi on the 3rd floor. The reception area had great wifi and comfortable seating. Not a deal breaker for me. I will definitely stay there again.
