Nice, quiet and close to everything we wanted to see.
Pros:

Solid location for public transportation and shopping.
Pros:

This is a great location close to train station and markets. It is removed from the main downtown area BUT there is easy access to public transportation to take you wherever you would like to go. the room was pretty clean and the staff was very nice.

Ha sido bastante decepcionante, especialmente en lo que respecta a la limpieza y al mantenimiento de las habitaciones.

La habitación estaba sucia y, para nuestra sorpresa, ni siquiera se hacía correctamente durante la estancia. No estiraban ni colocaban bien las sábanas: simplemente echaban la colcha por encima de la cama (algo que, evidentemente, también podemos hacer nosotros mismos). Adjunto también foto de la ropa de cama rasgada. Además, debajo de la cama encontramos numerosos trozos de muñecos tirados y acumulando polvo, lo que da una idea del nivel de limpieza del establecimiento.

Otro aspecto muy negativo fueron las almohadas. En varios hoteles de Japón nos hemos encontrado con almohadas rellenas de pequeñas bolitas, similares a mini canicas, que resultan bastante desagradables al tacto y muy incómodas para dormir, ya que la cabeza se hunde de una forma poco natural y queda prácticamente plana.

En cuanto al personal, queremos destacar que fueron muy amables y serviciales en todo momento. Sin embargo, la gestión de algunas tareas resultaba excesivamente lenta, lo que hacía que determinadas gestiones se alargaran más de lo esperado y restaba agilidad al servicio.
