6th Avenue Surin Beach

This was our second visit here. We love the kitchenette since we like to stay in for breakfast. The fold-out sofa is great although we didn’t need it. 7-11 very close by as well as other stores. On-site garage a huge bonus. We loved it!

Staff is super friendly! Very clean

Room was comfortable and quiet. It would be great to stay there for a longer period of time. I only book one night before moving to another location in Phuket. But I’d stay there again.

Worse experience ever. The building is very old and dirty . Rooms are very old . Have very old and noisy A/C . Most of rooms don’t have even hot water . Worse experience . Very old building . Swimming pool is very old . Many stones in the swimming moving around . Gym old and closing early . Very old buldkng and location very bad

Apartment is not in worst position so ok that way.
On arrival tge code given to open the lock box to get tge jey was wrong!!! 3 number code given fkr a 4 number lock!!!
Door to the apartment would not lock so could not keave alartment for over half a day!!! No offer of compensation nadr by owner. Lock was fixed after lunch.
After arrival messafe recieved from owner advising excess loerr will be billed!!!!! This was not detailed prior to booking!!!!! Tgere will be a problem if additional money is claimed!!
Alartment yes is a studio but be warned it is TINY!!!!!!!Minute woukd be an accurare term. Beaches here are amazing and a 10 minute walk. Short wamk to 7/11, Tops and restos. Food expensive here compared to Bangkok, Hua Hin. Bonus no bars in Surin!!
No would not book again.

My shower was clogged and not draining. I told them a couple times amd nothing was done.

Easy condo that is near a couple of lovely beaches. The rooftop pool is nice. The gym is well appointed. Nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Overall a good experience

1 out of 5 terrible hotel. In need of a makeover. The photos on the website are from 2016. Staff are friendly but clearly not shocked when their patrons are complaining. The pool is tiny and not enough loungers. The furniture is dusty and the hotel smells moldy

We stayed at the hotel for just one night. Overall, the stay was okay, but the location was a bit far from main attractions or conveniences. If you’re planning a longer stay, I’d recommend considering renting a scooter. The hotel can provide scooters, which is a helpful option.

The property does NOT look like it does in the photos. Definitely a catfish, which if you are spending decent money to stay there during high season it's definitely not worth it. Didn't have hot water for 3 nights (they refunded me one night to be fair) and had to move rooms because walls are all banged up, furniture is cheap and chipped, overall the condition is not great. If you're paying $35-$50 per night at this property it's well worth the money as that's what you expect to get at that price point.

Front desk lady was lovely and helpful, the general manager (her boss) was friendly at first then as usual never followed through on anything until me and other guests had to raise our voices to get anything done. 2 other guests left the property early and demanded partial refund just as we did.

The Pool is not as pictured, none of the pool chairs are functional (90% are broken). This is a condo-hotel and the property management team is pretty much absent and so is the owner. Just another poorly run spot but can't blame them specifically, these types of places are all over SE Asia.

The property is close to the beach and great restaurants, so again if you get it for CHEAP, then great. Otherwise this is a major "skip."

The breakfast is good though.

I like the part its 2 minutes from the beach and there 7 eleven, big c mini, tops,lotus fresh close by and that its far from the tourist areas of patong overall good condo in surin area.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Staff was so friendly, room was cleaned daily. Rooftop pool was amazing. Restaurant was very good but not open past 5pm most days. Would definitely recommend!

Some areas of the room dirty like the curtains there was something on there

Really nice condo apartment building with a rooftop pool and a gym. The room felt more like a home than a hotel room. Clean and spacious.

If you are used to the Hilton, obviously this is not your stay, however considering the price, its a nice place for a few days.
I had a studio room and the bed was super comfortable and clean, the same with the bathroom, that was the most important thing for me since I did not stay all day in my room. WIFI worked fine, small kitchenette and a cute top roof pool with a restaurant to a very good price and freshly cooked.
I was surprised by the gym. I did not expect such a good gym. Usually in cheaper places the gym is is joke, but this is really well equipped.
if people complain about this place, they have to keep in mind the price
