Got a shared kitchen as they don’t do breakfasts which does keep it way more affordable
Very close to the town,seven eleven and a washing place for your clothes and is also very conveniently located for activities hope I can come back at some point loved it
Oh yeah also the best air con possible

I would reccomend it to someone who wants to relax, work or just get a proper relief.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and helped us with any questions and issues. Rooms were clean and cozy. The area is very quiet and close from some places where you can eat ☺️

Le cadre est très sympa, c'est mon deuxième séjour dans cette établissement et je n'hésiterai pas revenir si je dois séjourner sur Rawai

Fantastic stay and would love to return
Pros:

Beautiful property and somewhere lovely and chilled, staff are incredible, so easygoing and welcoming. The nicest staff we have come across in Thailand. Short walk to the main part of rawai

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and I couldn’t sleep the best but the rooms are beautiful and cool.

Comfortable, great value, brilliant staff, welcoming
Pros:

Location, excellent staff, housekeeping was very attentive. Charlie was brilliant with local restaurants recommendations.

Cons:

It’s excellent value for money. Rooms are small and basic however they are very clean and excellent for the price :)

Book it!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for working online but still feeling like your on holiday. The room had a desk, a table and a table outside. The pool was outside the door. WiFi was strong. Less than 2 minute walk to a deccent coffee shop and restaurant. The beach was close by also. The property is full of greenery and flowing water. Super relaxing! A great find!

Ein gutes Hotel in einer guten Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage in Rawai. Mit dem Roller kann man alles schnell erreichen.
Hilfsbereites Personal. Der Budgetroom war mir zu laut; dröhnen wahrscheinlich durch die Klimaanlage. Ich habe kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen. Dort war aber leider auch immer wieder Dröhnen wahrzunehmen. Konnte man aber aushalten.
Die Anlage ist schön hergerichtet. Es gibt zwei Pools und genügend Sonnenliegen.

Cons:

Leider wurde der Pool nicht vernünftig gewartet; das Wasser war zwar klar aber man sollte doch täglich die Blätter und alles was sonst noch so in den Pool fliegt entfernen.
Leider gibt es in den Zimmern unangenehme Geräusche; wahrscheinlich keine Schallentkopplung der Klimageräte.
