Very convenient
Pros:

It was very convenient with the location which is a surplus. Closer to MOA,jolliebee,chowking,baclaran church and many more. Plus they have free breakfast and to swim at!! 🙌🏻😍

Cons:

There wasn't but where we stayed at first the AC wasn't as powerful and cooler but hands down they managed to solved it by switching us to another room.

Overall the stay is good value for money and plenty transport option near to reach other destination
Pros:

The staff on front desk and bar area by swimming pool. Food in bar area was also very good

Cons:

Breakfast very limited in Qty and only food could consume in excess was pancit which is high in starch to heavy for breakfast consumption in a large way.
Alos faucets etc in the room need to be cleaned as they have build up of lime scale

Das Zimmer ist alt. Von 2013 bis 2019 war das Zimmer noch schön.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht mehr so wie früher.
Die Lage ist die beste.

The location was ok and coresponded to description and pictures.
It felt as a half appartment building, and maybe it is common for Asia. The building has solid walls, so we never heard any neighbours, even though they were there. Old corridors gave away a bit of a backroom feeling.

Cons:

It was old, old fashioned in a good way, but with a layer of old dust on every piece of the building and furniture. It was clean, but old in terms of furniture, interior, bathroom equipment, air conditioner, everything. And for some reason we didn’t pay attention to availability of hot water, when booking- there was no hot water. Breakfast wasn’t worth it, and we had couple of cockroaches in every room (we had booked 3).

Urban was suited for a bed for the night.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and polite even though I checked out early due to personal reasons. The upstairs bar was a good meeting place but didn't know about it initially. Staff there were also very good. Right alongside a small Mall was handy.

Cons:

Simply I was not suited to the level I thought I would have, and that was my mistake in selection.

The room was sparse without any facility to boil a jug of water and no refrigerator, etc. I didn't check it out and did not realise it until the next morning. The staff did, however, try to make it as easy as possible.

Breakfast was included. However, it was very local cuisine and respectfully was very controlled portions etc.

Making decisions on photos from the internet can do this to overseas patron. It did have a bath which I was seeking, but the hot water supply was very limited.

It was not for me. However, it might suit the needs of some who were overnighters and just wanted a place to lay down. It was certainly priced accordingly. Very grateful for staff assistance.

Cons:

The pick up and drop off are very expensive normally hotel are free for drop off and pick up. They charge so expensive but the hotel is not great. The air-conditioning is so noisy and the shower are broken.
