Dirty room but friendly staffs

Bed sheeting incomplete,

Safety abd excellent customer services.

All factors considered, this is, at best, a 10-12$ per night place that wants 3-4 times what its worth.

Hard to find driving. Old. Good for one night.

There was poop running down the front of the toilet. Grab driver told us on the way in the area is bad for snatchers and pickpockets etc. Didn't feel safe to walk the street. Staff is friendly and they have billiards on the 8th floor. But the poop on the toilet ruined any chance of a good rating.

Scary. Old and very worn.
Sheets and pillows seem clean. Toilets are not hotel worthy. The whole place needs a gut job. Im surprised it's open. Aren't there criteria for hotels? We had no choice. It was a10 hour sleep stay, and we survived it. Couldn't wait to leave.

All the stuffs was polite,I like to attend the mass for 1st Friday for every one.

Cute pool on the roof about 15 meter square with a view of the city. OK breakfast with eggs and meat. The restaurant on the top floor was good - the problem was LOUD karaoke music and signing that was not enjoyed by us. If the volume were about half it would be OK but we could not talk across our table! Very unpleasant. I should have asked them to turn it down - I think they might have.

We love urban, all staff are friendly. They treat us like a family. And i treat them the same. We always stay every time we are holiday in Phil. I recommend to all my friends.

Stayed before my flight. Enjoyed. Really wanted to check the pool. It looked awesome 👍

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Buffet style breakfast, where you can fill yourself up for the day. Hotel is in poor condition and A/C is noisy, but hotel is cheap. I have stayed here several times so can't be so bad.

I lasted 17 mins - then booked another hotel and lost the money! I didnt feel welcomed, the room was tired, tap was leaking (although they did kinda fix it) bed was lumpy to sit on, only 1 pillow - i just felt it was not worth staying - especially as they gave me a breakfast voucher and then told me i hadnt paid for it so couldnt yse it! The location is horribke with the street outside

Property was a little run down. Rusty metal chairs and stairs to the pool area. Pool water was cloudy. My in room sink faucet was leaking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here MANY TIMES over the last 10 years, i have recomended this place to SO MANY others, but this trip was NOT good... We arrived early because the airline changed out flight, we spent as much time as we could before getting to the hotel, i asked for a little consideration and an early book in, 500P sir, is there a reason for that ?? Yes sir your early, Is there a room ready? Yes sir, so you dont have to do ANYTHING SPECIAL? NO SIR, but you can sit here in the lobby for 3 hours NO CHARGE. But we cant sit in the room, yes sir 500P.. Can we leave our bags? Yes sir just fill this out. I find this pure money grabing..
Ok the breakfast has been reduced to the same EVERY day, and very limited and flavourless..
Then there is the cockroaches, they are EVERYWHERE.
This place has changed and NOT for the better. Is this a little bit of bitternes coming out? Most deffinately after supporting them for 10 years you get treated like this ??
So after our booked time was up we moved just a few doors down,, WOW, bigger, cleaner, better breakfast and yes CHEAPER...
