The 1st room i was given was horrible. The paneling in the room was broken and peeling.
They gave me another room and then just as i was settling in they told me they had to move me to another room.
The room they gave was extremely hot 26 C
I could not control the temperature in my room.
I was told that 26C was normal.
They gave me a fan.
The staff were useless.
There also 2 lights that did not work. They did nothing about them.

5 star. Large well equipped room. The biggest selection buffet breakfast (included) I have seen in years. Odd flaw: drip coffee and no espresso machines. Made to order everything for Chinese and Western tastes. Vast meeting rooms, super location in the new downtown with 2 shopping malls including Starbucks nearby if you must.

Good for stay, a wide range of choices for breakfast.
The location is a bit far from city center

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich gut. Freundliches Personal und ein schönes Zimmer. Man war bemüht uns trotz sprachlicher Hürden zu helfen. Wir waren als Touristen in Hangzhou. Das Hotel ist nah an der Ubahn gelegen jedoch ehr außerhalb. Man fährt also noch ein gutes Stück bis in die eigentliche Stadt. Das Frühstück war gut, man sollte jedoch lieber erst nach dem großen Schwung gehen. Zur Stoßzeit ist das Buffet sehr überlaufen und die Platzsuche gestaltet sich als chaotisch. Das Zimmer war bis auf den Teppichboden bei der Anreise immer sehr sauber. Nachdem gesaugt wurde gab es hier nichts zu beanstanden. Tischtennis und Co müssen extra bezahlt werden. Für den Pool ist eine Badekappe Pflicht. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt für einen Fairen Preis.

It was a good hotel. very nice rooms. Nice Chinese restaurant. Buffet could be better. Nice gym.

The room has mosquito, bathrobe has stain on it, and waiter/waitress don't clean up table immediately at breakfast buffet so hard to find a clean table to sit down.

저희는 상해에서 항주까지 기차를 타고 갔는데, 만약 그렇게 움직이시는 분들이라면 내려서 택시타고 가시는 게 정신건강에 좋을겁니다. 호텔 위치로 구글맵과 네비 켜서 갔는데도 못찾더라구요. 하는 수 없이 택시탔는데 시간은 시간대로 버리고 오히려 더 비싸게 탔습니다. 더군다나 간이침대 추가요청했는데 호텔스닷컴에서의 실수인지, 호텔 측 실수인지 몰라도 계속 추가요금을 요구하더라구요. (배드추가요청이 가능했고, 확실히 하기 위해 호텔스닷컴 문의 전화번호로 직접 확인까지 했습니다.) 결국 요금은 내진 않았지만 지치고 피곤한 상태로 체크인 하고 들어갈 때까지 30분간 입씨름 했습니다. 또한 4.5성급 호텔인데도 불구하고 간단한 영어조차 통하지 않았습니다.(다른 호텔은 통했기에 자연히 비교할 수밖에 없었고, 상대적으로 비교했을 때 그런 서비스는 떨어진다고 봅니다.) 호텔 근처에 관광지가 없고, 모든 곳을 택시타고 다녀야 합니다. 택시 요청하면 불러주니 그건 걱정하지 마세요.

방은 전반적으로 청결합니다. 다만 냉장고는 실온에 내논 게 시원할 정도로 냉장고라 부르기 민망할 수준입니다. 20층을 썼기 때문에 뷰는 괜찮았습니다.
