Batangas Country Club

Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time.

To chill and relax with family this is the place. Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent. Breakfast the other days was superior. Staff was there to help, security patrolled regularly, we felt very safe.

I liked that the room was quite large and spacious. It was rather remote and out of the way. I wish the electrical outlets had been 3 prong. I tried to request an adapter but it seemed they only had one and someone else was using it. I ended up pulling the guard plate off and plugging in my laptop using just two prongs. I was a bit worried about an electrical fire, but it ended up working out okay in the end. That was the only issue I experienced there. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The room had dead insects on the bathroom and shower rooms….the air condition was noisy at times ….. however the coffee shop just extra ordinarily excellent ….

The rooms need to be updated. I was also disappointed at how rooms were not cleaned well. The buffet dinner selection was ok but it would have been better if the food tasted fresh. The breakfast however was a tad better but was too heavy with pasta! Although the service was prompt with housekeeping and front desk ladies were courteous,
I probably would not stay again...

+ Food in the Mango restaurant was good and large portions
+ Staff was friendly and helpful.
+ Always on power in the room
+ We got complimentary Breakfast even if we didn't book breakfast though hotels.com who wanted a laughable amount for it.

- The safe in the room and the remote for the AC didn't work when I checked in. I reported it to the front desk and they promised to have someone come fix it, they never did.
- If you come by bus to Batangas and have a bit of luggage it can be hard to get it to the hotel since it's a bit far from.. everything. We ended up using trikes to get there but that was lett than an optimal solution, worth calling the hotel and ask them to come pick you up.
- It was a bit windy while we where there and leafs and other debris blew into the pool and the grounds crew was not very tentative to clean it up making at least parts of the pool undesirable.
- Breakfast was ok but nothing very exciting. Good omelet.

good. & relaxing hotel..but...i don’t like the front desk,,she keeps me waiting for a long time while i’m checking inn,’coz she talks someone in a phone

飲み物や食品の持ち込み禁止は一寸どうかと思う。
仕事の関係で夜中に食事を外で購入できないとなると、中は締まっていてどうすれば良いのか?
バスタブは良かったが、シャワーはお湯が途中で水になるので、日本人はつらい

Worst service we had. There is no value for money. The room was so small. It’s not worth it! Just book Pontefino instead of BCC.

Reasonably well kept. Food is good.

The place is nice with big trees and nice pool. The staff are accomodating. Nice lay out.

食事美味しい。ハエが多いのが難点、もう少し駆除する努力が欲しい。
エアコンが古いため、細かい調整がきかない。スタッフの応対は良かった。また泊まりたいと思います。

I like its privacy, not crowded but i wished they provided us slippers also they need to make sure they are serving hot and clean food. What disgusts me much was i found a hair strand on mg veggie salad..so disappointed ugh.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very courteous & alert. Place is very clean.

Service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly overall.
Hotel has enough amenities to keep you relaxed and refreshed for your stay.

It was a relaxing vacation!
