phòng tắm quá nhỏ. phòng tắm phòng 2 người nhỏ nên rất khó để tắm rửa, hơi bất tiện. cách âm cũng k được tốt nên ban đêm có khách cười nói hơi to là nghe được hết
Tôi thích tất cả mọi thứ tại khách sạn này,nhất là thái độ rất vui vẻ nhiệt tình của các nhân viên luôn vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hướng dẫn,giúp đỡ mỗi khi gia đình tôi cần giúp gì.
Nếu lần nữa quay trở lại Huế,gia đình tôi chắc chắn sẽ vẫn lựa chọn nghỉ tại đây.
Tôi thấy chỉ cần nước vòi sen ở nhà tắm mạnh hơn là OK.
Không gian sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, ngay sát đoạn đi bộ, đủ yên tĩnh nghỉ ngơi. Bãi đậu xe khá gần.
The front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable! The showers have great pressure and hot water! However it does back up pretty easily with their drainage system. The location is perfect for some very good food (Bun Bo Hue!) and drinks! Beds are super comfy.
The person running the Booking.com chat is not super helpful often just telling you to talk to the front desk who, to be fair, is very helpful! However it can be a little inconvenient if you are bustling about~
Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels.

We had a short but great stay. Mr. Pham, the owner, is super friendly, very good english, and helped us with food and transportation. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious (largest room so far on our trip, we are three adults, me and my two sons). We loved the food in Hue. So many options just outside our door or short walk. Great location for foodies!

Liked room designed , its cozy, but hot water ran out after 20 minutes of showel. The bathroom towels not really smell fleshes...

This hotel is conveniently situated on the walking street whilst being far enough removed to not be too noisy!
The room was extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished and had everything needed for a short stay.
The bed was also very comfortable as we have found some of the beds in Vietnam to be quite firm.

The staff at Flora was excellent. They were very accommodating and understanding throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.
Very cute, clean and nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Probably the best price for such a service and nice hotel on my entire trip (six weeks in Southeast Asia). Highliy recomended!

The 2 different reception ladies were so friendly and helpful.
Even after missing my transport from Hue to Da Nang, 1 of them arranged a bus at short notice and a good price.

The beds were clean and smelled fresh, and were very comfortable. My room was at the back of the building, which was nice as the weekend walking street can be loud.
The room smelled musty and wasn't properly cleaned from the last time it was used.
