Its a very frustrating experience

The location was good near cable car station

Cons:

I had three rooms booked under two separate reservations. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi experience was extremely poor across the rooms: one room had working Wi-Fi, one had only partial coverage, and one had no Wi-Fi coverage at all. This was very frustrating for both me and my family.

Communication was also difficult, as the English spoken by the staff was very limited. This made it hard to explain basic needs or get issues resolved efficiently.

Breakfast service was another disappointment. I had to wait around 30 minutes and follow up at least three times just to receive a simple order of scrambled eggs.

It is rare to experience so many service failures in one stay. If this hotel were not in such a great location, I would not consider coming back.

ثانياً / حجزي كان في يوم الفندق فيه شبه خالي ومع ذاك قبل الساعه 12 م تم فصل التكييف وفصل الواي فاي وموظفة النظافه تطرق الباب وترجع وتطرق الباب ازعاج والفندق فاضي
