Мы приехали в 7 вечера, после 11-часовой дороги, чтобы заселиться в гостиницу. Мы были очень уставшими и не сразу обратили внимание на внешний вид «гостиницы» — это было похоже на парковку без окон.

Охрана позвонила, и к нам на улицу вышла менеджер по имени Анна — женщина крайне недоброжелательная и грубая. С самого начала стало понятно, что что-то не так. После приветствия она заявила, что у неё нет бронирования на наше имя. Сказала, что весь город переполнен из-за концерта Дженнифер Лопес. Мы показали код подтверждения, который получили от Booking.com, но она ответила: «Я ничего не знаю, звоните в Booking, у меня все номера заняты».

А затем, неожиданно, она всё же решила показать нам номер, который мы забронировали, но потребовала оплату в размере 360 000 вместо 90 000. Мы объяснили, что у нас нет таких денег, на что она сказала, что ничего не может сделать.

Когда моя подруга предложила вызвать полицию, менеджер стала агрессивной и начала угрожать нам, сказав: «Вы находитесь в моей стране, вам здесь никто не поможет!» Она обвинила нас во лжи, оскорбила, и в итоге даже не извинившись, выгнала нас на улицу. Разговаривала она крайне грубо, даже сотруднице было неловко за неё.

У нас осталось впечатление, что это заведение может оказывать не те услуги, которые заявлены. В любом случае, мы настоятельно советуем держаться от них подальше.

Not recommended for families – strange vibe but cl
Pros:

We stayed here because we had already paid and couldn’t cancel, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. The entrance is very basic – no reception desk or proper hotel sign, just a plain door with stairs going up. On arrival, even our taxi driver warned us that this hotel doesn’t have a good reputation in Yerevan and is not suitable for families – supposedly known for hosting call girls.

Despite that, the room was very clean, and breakfast was served in the room, simple but decent. However, the AC did not work properly, and even after we complained, they didn’t fix it. Also, the main entrance is always locked, and you have to call so they can unlock it remotely using walkie-talkies – which felt strange but at least it was secure.

The staff didn’t speak English at all, which made communication difficult. In general, the place felt a bit shady, but to be fair, we never felt unsafe.

Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just looking for a cheap stay and don’t mind the odd setup.

Quiet place and very private
Pros:

The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.
