Pure Salt Port de Sóller

Die Zimmer hätten etwas gründlicher geputzt werden dürfen. Teilweise noch Haare/ Staubmäuse in Dusche und unter dem Tischen und Stühlen war allerdings vom Personal abhängig. Der junge Mann war gründlicher als die Dame.

The heat/AC was a problem. I appreciate the explanation of the hotel but the lack of AC in April made things uncomfortable. We opened the door at one point and inadvertently let in a very large flying bug. That was the last time we kept the door or window open.

Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung wegen dem Metallgitter unter der Matratze - am Morgen Rückenschmerzen, auf dem Klo geht aufrechtes Sitzen nicht, weil der Klodeckel in den Rücken drückt, beim Check-out sagen wir, dass es uns im Zimmer 330 nicht gefallen hat, aber niemand will wissen weshalb, wir kommen bestimmt trotz der super Lage und schönen Pool nie wieder.

Breakfest was ok, everything what you need (if you are not vegan), but normally I expect from hotels to serve something extra compared to what we normally have at home, but that is just me.

Silly things , ran out of beer at the pool bar , no water in room one night and hadn’t topped up mini bar with any .

Seria por poner peros aunque la verdad me encanto , el zumo de naranja dejaba que desear como trabajador de un hotel entiendo que hay que rentabilizar y que si no seria mas caro pero estando en Sóller que tiene la fama de sus naranjos y que el zumo sea uno industrial o de tetrabrik .....meee pequeño fallo siendo un hotel de cierta categoría pero seria por poner alguna pega lo demas mas o menos bien de merienda que es lo que tuvimos pues calidad aceptable sinceramente.

The room was generally very nice, but the soundproofing was not exactly doing its job, so it was very clear in the morning when they started cleaning the surrounding rooms and when people were walking and talking in the corridors. The hotel had ads for massage, but the staff for that were on holidays, which was very disappointing (just remove the ads if you can't provide the service...).

Nous avons été mis dans une chambre qui tenait un peu du placard à balais (pas de chaise dans la chambre, par exemple, juste deux tabourets sous le plan de travail mais que nous ne pouvions pas placer ailleurs) avec une terrasse grande mais au fond d'un puits de plus de 4 mètres de profondeur, aucune vue (les arbres qui auraient pu être taillés pour apercevoir la montagne ne le sont pas) mais les autres chambres ont vue sur cette terrasse. J'avais demandé une chambre très calme alors je me suis dit que ceci était peut être dû à cela mais non car nous étions voisins avec le wellness: à 7 heures du matin, réveil donc (le premier matin avec bavardage fort du personnel qui s'installe, les autres matins avec des bruits de déménagements incessants jusqu'à ce que nous quittions les lieux; malgré ma demande du premier matin, la porte du local wellness reste grande ouverte pour que nous puissions profiter, sans doute). Ma table de chevet était bancale. L'usage de la balance avait fait des traces noires dans la salle de bains qui n'ont pas été complètement effacées au ménage Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Juste deux patères dans la salle de bains et une barre minuscule pour les serviettes, au dessus du lavabo donc inutilisable pour les grandes serviettes (pour info dans la cabine du ferry il y a 4 patères et 3 anneaux pour les serviettes). Les 4 sachets de sucre, les capsules de café et le sachet de rooibos, la bouteille d'eau de 50cl que nous avons consommés le premier soir n'ont pas été renouvelés. Bref, à plus de 180 euros la nuit, nous étions moins bien lotis que dans notre hôtel de Minorque moitié moins cher (mais où il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner)

Die Zimmer wurden lediglich oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Boden wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal geputzt bzw. gesaugt.

Having to book the spa facilities as they need to warm the sauna & steam room up and then when we arrive at that time it wasn’t turned on for us! We requested to keep the room on and then we was locked out and we had to still pay for the late room even though we had incurred two inconveniences! Also the pool bar man was extremely rude!

We were there mid/end of April so not yet in full busy season but if felt a bit chaotic at times, particularly at breakfast as you have to wait to be assigned a table rather than just give room number and grab a seat so there was often a queue. There is a buffet breakfast but you can also order eggs etc fresh but actually getting attention of staff to order was almost impossible on some days. They need a better system. Also a couple of times when we came in late or when we left early morning there were wine glasses etc left in lobby for hours which isn't a good look but a very easy fix. Slow service at the bar in the evening as well, and not a very nice pint of beer. Also only one side of bed had bedside light which wasn't good for reading at night. That said, we did have a lovely time, room was great, pool lovely, staff friendly.
