Ideal area not far from butlins and fantasy island

The rooms were disgustingly filthy and full of mould the bed sheets were stained the mattress had ruined stains on it ! Before sleeping on the bed we had to go up to the market and buy blankets to go over the horrible state underneath it and the smell was foul !! We payed £70 a night and ended up leaving Saturday afternoon after deciding spending another night in that room wasn’t fit complete waste of money !
Good location right on the main bus route from Ingoldmells to Skegness, very clean and nice smelling room, extremely comfy beds!

Nothing it was an awful experience awful smell dirty bathroom ,mould in bathroom and coming out of the taps , could barely fit a suitcase in the room , I had to spray the shower before I could use it ,uncomfortable bed. plug extensions everywhere ,could hardly fill the kettle . Had to use bathroom sink to fill the kettle ,had to use a fire escape to get into the hall way , nowhere to put anything . Dirty caravans out side the back and unusual comings and goings, I wouldn't pay £10 a night for the place ,we thought it was a travel lodge not a dump ! £220 for 3 nights never again ,it was just a stop gap while we were on our way to somewhere else. ☹😥😖😫

Domestic from other people in the apartment shouting fighting and cars being smashed , very drunk people with there children, was awful had to leave on second night
