Pros:

Cama confortável, funcionários educados e prestativos.
O chuveiro esquenta, mas demora um pouquinho. A pressão da água também é boa, e o café da manhã é bem completo.
Não ouvi barulho de funcionários ou de outros hóspedes.

Cons:

Travesseiros muito macios,
Vaza água do banho pra fora do box mesmo as portas estando fechadas, molhando onde fica o vaso sanitário.
