Great stay
Pros:

Great stay!
Pros:

Awesome stay! The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the pool/beach area was great. We enjoyed this trip so much! Highly recommend!

Cons:

The pillows were not comfortable, but that’s our only complaint.

Plenty of room for a family of five and a really lovely beach day
Pros:

We had a corner room with balcony, so we could look straight out at the channel and also look out at the gulf. We also enjoyed the private beach and paid extra to have chairs and an umbrella.

Cons:

The floor in our room always seemed a little damp. Perhaps it's the airconditioning. It wasn't a huge issue, but seemed mildly slippery.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The location wonderful. The facilities was wonderful though parking is tricky. My only complaint was that the actual room was fairly spartan. The furniture and accessories were very basic. For the price, I expected a little more luxury.

Amazing sunsets
Pros:

Hotel staff were beyond nice! We enjoyed our king suite that was technically city view but from our balcony you could also see the ocean & the sunset. We ate every night at Evys; again great sunset views but even better cocktails. Kylee the bartender took amazing care of us each evening. Live music Friday Saturday Sunday was an added bonus. Musicians played special requests each night. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, excellent staff.
Pros:

I was in town for a conference. Unfortunately my stay wound up being much longer than expected due to a major winter storm. Greg at the front desk was absolutely amazing. So helpful, helped me extend my stay, and so friendly! It’s always so appreciated to see a friendly face when you are ‘stuck’ far from home. Greg turned my trip around!
