S Hotel and Residences

They are doing renovation at the hotel and they start early in the morning. They woke us up every day of our stay. Nothing is free: water, fridge or microwave all have additional charges.

Cable has lots of TV programs,however,
the cable signal is terrible. I cannot watch a show without constant disturbance.

I tried to cancel my reservation 5 days ago because our flight were canceled internationally and not able to rebooked our flights from Ca to Cebu I was not to cancel because it’s no refundable which I didn’t se it when I booked my reservation I also tried to get hotels.com and was unable to connect so I lost my money i that I was not pleased at all

The hotel location is good. It's a few minutes away from some fast food options, the mall and downtown. I'm just a bit disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms. The grout in the bathroom is nasty considering that it is a newer hotel. The toilet has a very pungent smell even after I had the guy who helped us with the luggage sprayed some chemicals in the bathroom. The bedroom area is clean but it is a bit on the smaller side.

Nice and clean hotel. Not annoyed by any traffic or noise

We enjoyed our stay at S. Hotel. The hotel is well located. The room was small yet clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The wifi is good and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

This hotel has nice, friendly and efficient staff. The size of the room is sufficient. It was clean, has enough storage etc. Basically, everything that you need if you want to have a nice clean place to sleep after a whole day of going around Cebu. They helped us to arrange for transportation for our tour which was great. And the price of the room is great too and free wifi.

Everything especially the service was good. The only thing that spoiled it was the noise coming from the room next door late into the night. Wasn't really the hotels fault, but it affected our stay as we couldn't get to sleep.

Friendly stafff

I was travelling with my mom who is over 80yrs old and the hotel entrance is not on first floor need to walk few steps stair. Hotel have a unique simple open type of elevator like shiipping goods from first to second floor.

Reasonable for the price,

As clean and new as it is... As friendly as all the staff are... I expected perfection! They did not have a room with a king bed that I had reserved weeks ahead of arrival. Herein lays the training needed. The maid and front counter did everything in their power to make it right and it was appreciated greatly! But when I got a very persistent knock on my door at 8:30 am, I got very upset again! Susan, GET DOOR HANGARS! Do not disturb is needed desperately! These two things are all I have on the negative side. The staff is amazing and so kind!
The property is kept very clean and tidy. The little restaurant is so cute and has very good coffees and juices. The food is average but presented superbly!

Rooms are new and they very clean and the service are well deserved. I am very satisfied with my stay and also highly recommended !!
