最高でした！
Pros:

預けた荷物を事前に部屋に入れてくれるなどスタッフの対応は良く、ホテルも古さを感じるところもありますがyoutubeや無料VODなど動画サービスが充実しているので良かったです。駅からも近いですし、池袋もすぐなので利便性は高くまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Muito bom. Boa limpeza, bom atendimento. Boas roupas de cama e toalhas. Excelente localização. Muito perto da estação do metrô. O café da manhã é muito específico japonês. Há poucas opções de um café ocidental.

Richmond Mejiro, una GRANDIOSA opción para Tokyo.
Pros:

Espectacular locación!!! El personal maravilloso!!! El sector muy muy acogedor y tranquilo!!! A media cuadra de la estación Mejiro con conexión a TODO!!!… Richmond fue nuestro primer hotel en Japón y fue excelente!!!

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó fue un poco pequeña… pero en Tokyo no necesitas más que un lugar cómodo para llegar a descansar y dormir… y Richmond fue eso y más!!!

Excellent! Love the place and the area.
Pros:

Very clean. Very near the shops and train station.
Staff were all very helpful. Got nearly all we need on a holiday or vacation.

Cons:

No iron and iron board to use. Have the Corby Presser (our place we live in the UK) but not comfortable to use.
