Beim nächsten Tokio-Aufenthalt definitiv wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel war einfach großartig.
Bereits für die Anreise haben wir Tipps bekommen, wie wir am Besten vom Flughafen NRT nach Mejiro kommen. Auch im weiteren Verlauf hat einfach alles super gepasst und funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind schön und ausreichend groß, um Koffer und Co unterzubringen. Alles war stets sauber.

Vom Bahnhof Mejiro (Yamanote Line!) zum Hotel waren es nur 200m, auf deren Weg sowohl ein 7-Eleven als auch ein Family Mart liegen, on Top noch zwei Drogerien. So war nicht nur der Weg ins Hotel nach langen Tagen zu Fuß angenehm kurz, man konnte sich auch noch verpflegen.
Der Bahnhof Ikebukuro ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Am Hotel angebunden ist ein Restaurant. Hier gibt es auch das Hotel-Frühstück. Dieses ist typisch japanisch, „dennoch“ ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, sodass niemand aus der Reisegruppe hungrig in den Tag starten musste.

Im Rahmen unserer Abreise wurden wir erneut tatkräftig durch das Hotelpersonal unterstützt. Wir wollten gerne ohne Koffer zum nächsten Hotel weiterreisen, also galt es, diese zu versenden. Der Kooperationspartner des Hotels war leider bereits ausgebucht. Auch hier wurde keinen Moment gezögert und der Kofferversand alternativ organisiert.

Tolle Unterkunft!
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nettes und sehr bemühtes Personal. Lage in der Stadt sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer hätte größer sein können, war allerdings auch nicht sehr teuer.

トイレの問題、空気(アロマ)の問題は今まで他のホテルでは経験したことがなく、快適とは言いがたい滞在だった。
Pros:

目白駅から近く、コンビニや薬局がすぐそばにあるのは便利だった。

Cons:

①チェックイン前に荷物を2個預け、片方は中の氷が溶けて少し水が出ていると伝えたにもかかわらず、その荷物をスーツケースの上に置いていたため、スーツケースの中にわずかだが水が入り込んででしまった。

②廊下とエレベーター内のオリエンタルなアロマが気持ち悪かった。高級感の演出のためかもしれないが、香りの好みは人それぞれなので、それを不快に感じる人もいることを理解してほしい。

③最上階のデラックスダブルだったが、トイレの水を流すレバーが独特で使いにくく、毎回ストレスを感じた。

O Hotel entrega mais do que promete. Confortável, tudo muito limpo, muito agradável e a equipe muito atenciosa
Muito próximo a estação de trem de Mejiro e de um 7-eleven.

Gostaria de deixar uma nota especial ao recepcionista Kurabe. Precisei de um apoio médico para minha esposa e ele sem pensar duas vezes se dispôs a ajudar e auxiliou na comunicação com os paramédicos. Uma pessoa que tratou a situação não só como profissional mas com cuidado pessoal. Muito obrigado pelo apoio

目白駅から近く、金額も都内では安い方だった。
朝食のバイキングのメニューも、ちょこっとラーメンやとろろ等もあり、品数は満足。

Cons:

ユニットバス内の換気量が足りないせいか、シャワー後の湿気がなかなか取れなかった。ユニットバスの床排水トラップも封水が切れていた気がする。

Pros:

Posizione molto buona, raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro. Quartiere calmo con tanti ristorantini. Staff molto gentile. Alla reception ci si può rifornire di prodotti per la cura del viso.

Cons:

Abbiamo rinunciato al welcome drink perché bar affollato. Locali un po freddi come dappertutto in Giappone in questo periodo a causa dell'aria condizionata.
