Pros:

Wonderful stay in July 2026
Pros:

We spent a couple nights at this hotel in July 2026. It was as perfect as our first time there a few years earlier. Ideally located, friendly & professional staff, nice rooms, great breakfast, pool & bar on the roof, ... We're already looking forward to our next visit !

Pros:

Great location and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located 7 mins walk from train SMN and 10 mins from Duomo. It has a rooftop pool and bar. Not open in winter though. The breakfast is also excellent with an outdoor courtyard. Would definitely stay again.

Rooftop avec vue sur Florence
Pros:

La vue du rooftop est époustouflante et le bar ouvert jusqu'à 23h avec quelques transats et fauteuils autour du bassin. L'hôtel est très central et à proximité de sites et restaurants/bar à pieds. Nous avions une junior suite très grande et lits confortables. Chaussons et peignoirs à disposition. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et bon, bémol par contre pour les jus de fruits qui sont d'une machine. Le personnel est très sympathique, merci au jeune homme à l'accueil qui parle bien français et nous a donné plein de renseignements ainsi qu'au personnel du ménage et petit déjeuners toujours souriants et aimables.

Cons:

Le manque de respect de deux groupes de clients qui étaient extrêmement bruyants et saouls à la piscine dès le milieu de l'après-midi, cassant même un verre à cocktail sur le bord de la piscine dont notamment 2 jeunes hommes qui avaient ramené 2 jeunes femmes de l'extérieur toute une après midi... c'était un enfer. Le concierge de service nous a simplement dit qu'il était au courant et ne pouvait rien faire, nous n'avons même pas eu droit à des excuses ! Je pense qu'on peut arrêter de servir des gens qui ont visiblement largement trop bu et sont grossiers ou leur dire gentiment de respecter les autres clients qui ont eux aussi payé leur séjour. D'autant qu'ils étaient à notre étage et criaient et tapaient sur les murs du couloir
en rentrant le soir aussi. Plusieurs jours comme cela nous fait oublier le standing de l'hôtel et gâche notre plaisir. La piscine est plutôt un bassin pour se rafraîchir mais c'est déjà très bien. Attention le parking avec voiturier est cher: compter 40 euros pour 24h.

Pros:

The staff, cleanliness, breakfast and location were amazing! The rooftop and the pool there were really nice as well.

The WiFi was a bit slow and not working well the first days of my stay. It might have depended on the number of users and the time of the day.
