Pros:

Very good location, only 5 minutes away from the train station by walk. Clean room with good AC and great reception. The only downside is no milk for tea and coffee

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

The glance hotel is a very nice hotel in a great and convenient spot in Florence. We had a very nice view from our room and the rooftop bar and pool are very nice with a stunning view of the city. Drinks were good too. Our room was nice & clean, the shower is a great size, and you get slippers to wear in the room too. We got 2 complementary water bottles every day when the room was cleaned also. We stayed over easter and even got little chocolate eggs on Saturday when they cleaned our room and again on Sunday on our pillows which was really cute and a nice touch. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious every single morning. Specifically the chocolate croissants and the potatoes, but everything was delicious with some different things each day which was also nice. The staff was very kind and attentive. When we arrived they gave us a map and told us detailed tips about the best places to go in the city for shopping, site seeing and food. The hotel is also a short walk from the train station which is very convenient and made it easy for us when traveling from city to city.

Location was walkable distance from train station, restaurants, and central market.
The rooms were comfortable with good storage facilities and areas to keep luggage from floor space.

Cons:

Breakfast was really generous with a good selection of breakfast choices. Coffee was in hot flasks and Orange juice was concentrated.
Fresh orange juice and fresh coffee was available at, I believe, an added cost.
Tea and coffee facilities in room with no milk supplied.

Wonderful staff and location
Pros:

The Glance is situated only a 10-20 minute walk from all the city's attractions. The rooms are no frills but clean with fresh modern decor. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice to stay with kind service
Pros:

Crews are very kind as high plus. First two days wew so cold in the room because we did not know there are two controllers.
Noise from out side at 6 to 8am sounds like broken vending machine or laundry running. Very nice to stay here.

Great Location!!
Pros:

The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the beds were so hard and after all the walking and sightseeing, we could not get a good nights rest. All else was good, location and the service was great. It was close to the train station and walkable to any major sight. It looks new also

Definitely Would Stay Here Again
Pros:

Fantastic location in historic close to the main train station. Beautiful modern rooms. Walking distance to everything in historic Florence. The staff were incredibly nice. Our rate included breakfast which had a large variety. There were even scrambled eggs and bacon along side the more expected continental faire.

Altogether a perfect hotel for our 3 night stay in Florence - couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Excellent central location close to main train station and direct tram line to and from airport. Florence indoor and outdoor markets very close by and easy walks to main attractions, good shopping and plenty of restaurant options. Hotel was very clean with modern simple rooms (comfortable bed and very well appointed bathroom), lovely rooftop area with pool and lounges (in use summer months), good breakfast included in a very pleasant dining room and all staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.
