Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per Capodanno, al nostro arrivo la camera era già pronta ed inoltre abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade (ottima sorpresa). La pulizia dell'hotel è impeccabile, il personale è molto cortese, buffet della colazione con grande varietà di scelta tra dolce e salato, la posizione eccellente per poter visitare Firenze tranquillamente a piedi poichè rimane tutto a pochi minuti di distanza.
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti e abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di un'altra notte!!!!

Demoraram para nós acomodar, passou das 14hrs e o quarto nao estava pronto, hóspedes chegaram depois de nós e conseguiram quarto. Recepção confusa e desorganizada.
