A very lovely, quiet chic boutique hotel.
Pros:

No. 15 was our last night in the UK this trip. They were able to accommodate the one thing we needed which was an early check in. The staff was excellent, our room quiet, spotless and lovely. This is a character boutique hotel and we loved our short stay there. We would definitely book again.

A fabulous stay, Bath is a beautiful historic City with a good array of shops, restaurants and cafes
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful; nice balance of friendly and professional but avoiding stuffy. The room, a Pultenay Room, was fabulous,.. very comfortable and well-equipped.

Cons:

The bathroom was nice but I personally prefer a free-standing shower to a shower over the bath. I appreciate the hotel is City Centre, and understand parking is very limited but I wouldn't normally expect to be charged for parking which is on site. The hotel bar was in the process of being re-furbed so we didn't enjoy the best that I'm sure the new bar will have to offer and the range of wine by the glass was limited for a hotel of this quality. Unusual not to have an evening dining option but I have to say it suited us, as the hotel is ideally situated and we enjoyed finding places to eat out. Book the copper bath early if you want to enjoy the Spa to its full.

Pros:

Chouette chambre, spacieuse, joliment décorée.
On est à 10 minutes du centre (Bains romains, abbaye,...)
Personnel super sympa et attentionné.

Cons:

Les parkings sont étroits. Il faut monter des escaliers pour accéder à la chambre... juste pour info... c'est compensé par le reste qui est vraiment top.

Pros:

Warm and welcoming hospitality, friendly staff who went above and beyond, lovely views of Bath, beautiful decor, great restaurant, and the complimentary snack/treat pantry was so unique and such a delight!!! I got to meet one of the staff who curates the snack pantry and breakfast menus and it was so clear how much care and passion goes into making this place special for guests

Shame the bar wasn’t open, it was undergoing renovations, but cocktails were still served in the restaurant. More hooks and practical furniture/space for unpacking and storing clothes and personal items would have been nice.
