An absolute gem
Pros:

A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Amazing staff. We got an upgrade to a lovely room (11) which was huge, with a very comfy bed and a huge bath with some very lovely bath salts. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Perfect short getaway that was incredible value
Pros:

Beautiful room (upgrade!) with ab extremely comfy bed and a huge bath. Bath salts gave it a bit of luxury. Everything was wonderfully appointed. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. It’s in a great location too, a few minutes walk from Pulteney Bridge. Will definitely recommend and return.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at No.15 The Guest House. The staff were excellent and incredibly accommodating — I had to make a last-minute change to our dates and they were so helpful and understanding, which immediately set the tone for the stay.

It was my fiancé’s birthday and I really wanted it to feel special, and No.15 truly delivered. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and on arrival Alec was greeted with a birthday card and a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s clear they genuinely go the extra mile. Our room was absolutely beautiful — comfortable, spacious, and finished to a very high standard.

We loved the complimentary pantry for guests; treating ourselves to ice cream and enjoying it in the comfort of our large, cosy bed felt like a real luxury. We also booked the copper bath experience, with Freya and Rosie as our masseuses. They really listened to what we needed, and we both fell asleep during the massage — always the best sign of a great one.

Breakfast each morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for the day. The hotel is in a great location, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. I had some of the best nights’ sleep I’ve had in a long time.

I would highly recommend No.15 The Guest House — it’s a very special place, and we can’t wait to return.

Spa 1hour Couples Massage
Pros:

Brilliant couples back and shoulder massage, followed with a facial massage and oils which we hadn’t done before. This was in the hotels spa area. It was very relaxing and we would go again. Many thanks to Maria and Attila who discussed how to support my back with right side extra stretching.

As wonderful as always.
Pros:

This was our 4th visit to No15, and every time we are reminded why we chose to stay here. The staff make it - warm, friendly, efficient service right from the start. The Pulteney rooms are truly stunning and the bar area is welcoming, cozy and cool all mixed in to one, with a wide variety of cocktails to order, as well as a delicious menu. A beautiful 5 minute walk and you're in the centre of Bath.
