Lovely city hotel in very elegant area.
Pros:

Love the building and the vibe. The bar was super fun too. Very young staff though - not really familiar with making cocktails!

Cons:

Our room was a bit airless and dark.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Stunning property. Wonderful cocktail bar and restaurant

Cons:

Fresh milk in the room would be nice for tea, also the twin bed pushed together could use a bed bridge. But other than those two things amazing hotel

Beautiful rooms, gorgeous city and tasty treats!
Pros:

There were so many things to love about No.15.

The building itself was beautiful with high ceilings and gorgeous decor.
The big house in each room that conceals your coffee and tea making facilities was a lovely feature.

The spa was heavenly. I could have visited everyday!

Having a record player in your room was really cool too and being able to head downstairs to choose some records made the experience really special.

Then there’s the pantry. Who doesn’t love a room filled with treats and snacks where everything’s free and you can visit whenever you’d like?!
Freshly baked biscuits, crisps, sweets, ice cream, need I say more!?

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive. I’d stay here again and again and again!

Cons:

If I had to pick something I’d say the parking situation was the only thing that was a pain.
It was a huge bonus that the hotel has parking but it’s charged at £28 a day. I believe this is similar to other car parks nearby but it is quite pricey. Just something to bear in mind if travelling by car.

It was overpriced for what we experienced
Pros:

Great rooms and lovely hotel

Cons:

We don’t have any hot water in the evening so couldn’t shower pre dinner. I spoke to the front desk and they didnt fix it with any urgency nor did they call us back to give us an update.

Perfect location in Bath, beautiful rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Location is ideal and pre booking parking at the hotel was really handy. The room (no. 30) was beautiful and felt like home for two days. Staff were really friendly and as I was there alone, I didn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable. I also had a massage at the hotel. It was exactly what I needed, and I was given a little freebie of the massage oil she used, which was nice.

Cons:

Small bites (white bait) in the bar during the evening weren’t worth the price but the cocktails were lovely.

A gorgeous hotel with wondering helpful staff and we will be back!
Pros:

The large coach room we had was wonderful! It was so clean, cosy and the decorations were on point. We had a fantastic stay!! The cocktails in the bar were delicious too! A great vibe in the hotel bar.

Cons:

Not much could have been better! The lights in our room were difficult to switch on & off - they kept flickering but aside from that everything was just great!
