The room was not according to my standard which I was expecting by the look of the picture on the web. I did not even sleep there I booked somewhere else.

Pros:

Located in a nice neighborhood with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was excellent, with a selection of cereals and 4 hot meals to choose from.

Cons:

Under-staffed. The front desk closes at 6pm, which requires guests going out in the evening to exit and enter through rickety garden doors. They were also unable to accommodate a small laundry request because of a backlog of laundry.

Pros:

Loved the care of the staff. The ladies who supplied the breakfast and cleaned the rooms are real gems. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Pindi, became part of the family and was as excited as my daughter as we hunted wedding dresses. On the last morning she presented my daughter with a beautiful plate of food which she had decorated with a special message. Thank you for the Ubuntu and care you ladies showed.
