Clean room.

Cons:

Washing machine made all our clothes smell like diesel or engine oil, they should be cleaned prior to guests showing up, especially if there's been a mine site employee staying prior to a tourist guest, not fair that we smelt like we did for the next few days until we could rewash it all. Pillows were BS, replacing necessary and also, provide extra for those of us who prefer 2 each... not just 2 on the bed. Loved the dogs in the house yard, vew from balcony. Also, transparency on where you'll be staying could be better. I thought we were at the hotel, as pictured and stated, but we were in the temporary miners camp, not really what we had in mind.

Reasonably priced hotel in a good location. The rooms are a bit dated but have all the amenities. The pub serves great meals
