Beyond what I was expecting.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and professional. Room was beyond clean and comfortable. Answered all questions I had.

Cons:

Not staffs fault, but morning I was checking out there was a power surge so elevators weren't working. Wasn't a big deal staff apologized repeatedly for it. Understand things happen.

In Indiana this is the ONLY place to stay!!!
Pros:

Everything it was excellent

Cons:

The toilet was slightly dodgy didn’t fill up and made a noise all night long

Very nice! Best hotel in Indiana, PA!!
Pros:

First impressions - the outside patio, entrance, and inside lobby were very welcoming.
The entire hotel was so very clean…it was a breath of fresh air compared to most hotels.
The room was also very clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

I was a few hours later than my anticipated arrival time and had to wait a little bit at the front desk to check in. There was a sign stating they were helping other guests and would return shortly…but maybe there should be an alert to let them know someone has approached the front desk?
