Convenient overnight stay with delicious breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room and bed were comfortable. I enjoyed the trees and plants around the building.

Cons:

There were about 20-30 dead ants in the bathroom that looked like maybe they had fallen from the ceiling. It was not a big deal, but a little gross. When I informed the front desk upon checkout, they didn’t apologize, but were more concerned about whether or not the ants were alive.

We would highly recommend a stay at this excellent location
Pros:

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful to any request we had. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. Food was all very fresh and of a high standard.

A perfect relaxing location between Geelong and the Great Ocean Rd
Pros:

Cleanliness of the Rooms and facility of the Estate in general. The most comfy pillows to sleep on! A filling delicious breakfast that was inclusive of price. Tennis courts we didn't get a chance to use as well as an outdoor small pool. Fantastic location away from main roads and with a Shopping Centre not too far away. Relaxation and peace in mind. Clean fresh air and sensory awekening whilst walking through serene grounds of the Estate. Love the natural surroundings.
