Convenient and quiet location. Large, clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
Lovely setting on the rural campus.
TV didn't pick up the ABC channels.
Lack of facility to hang a hand towel and a 2nd bath towel.
Cleanliness of the Rooms and facility of the Estate in general. The most comfy pillows to sleep on! A filling delicious breakfast that was inclusive of price. Tennis courts we didn't get a chance to use as well as an outdoor small pool. Fantastic location away from main roads and with a Shopping Centre not too far away. Relaxation and peace in mind. Clean fresh air and sensory awekening whilst walking through serene grounds of the Estate. Love the natural surroundings.
Breakfast items were cold.

Great place, nice breakfast - lovely staff!
As it was hot when we visited the common areas were a bit warm, and would be great to have dinner options at night on a weekend
Quiet, peaceful location during summer uni break.
There was a lot we liked: the interesting architecture broken up into different levels with many short flights of stairs, the artworks, the natural setting with the heavenly scent of trees and bushes surrounding the building. The breakfast spread had everything you could possibly want (except for the tiny, unattractive plates and the fruit salad of fermenting strawberries and watermelon that made me a bit unwell immediately after eating - minor detail). Everything looked spotless but the bedding had a musty odour and there was a large scary spider in our room (understandable with the surrounding bushland).
Since restful sleep was important to us, our stay was ruined by the musty odour of bedding (probably pillows) and the big, fat, black spider on the cornice. Both issues kept us awake until small hours, when we finally succumbed to exhaustion. At bedtime, the staff did hand me a can of Mortein to deal with the spider myself (after they'd been unable to reach it and I explained I had a fear of spiders); however, I did not use it as I did not want my child to sleep in pesticide fumes. Instead, we spent this torturous night with the lights on. In spite of all this, I probably would try and stay here again, mind you, armed with a can of bug-spray (to use well before bedtime) and with our own pillows.
Its very cost effective accomodation if passing through and need to sleep somewhere for a night
Hard to find first time, it’s a maze inside the grounds especially when dark.
After first though it was ok knew where to go
