Pacific Paradise Motel

Absolutely disgusting. Beds had ants and the people at reception was so rude!! The roof was leaking it needs a full renovation!

I had a great stay at the Pacific Paradise Motel.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful.

I very much enjoyed my interactions with them and would have stayed longer if I could have, just for that.

Hint - I do speak a bit of Bislama which is the national language.

I highly recommend putting some effort in to learning it as it shows you are interested in local culture and this goes down very well).

The motel is on a main road and so the front rooms get a fair bit of traffic noise.

For that reason, I will ask for a room further away from the road next time.

The features I liked most are the cooking facilities and the fact that transport, local shopping outlets and a traditional market, are very close by.

Eating out can be very expensive in Vanuatu and so I was very happy to shop for locally produced foods and cook regular meals.

It is all organic in Vanuatu as far as local produce goes and so I am healthier for the trouble.

If you are on a budget and like to interact with the beautiful local people there, the Pacific Paradise Motel is a great place to stay.

Fear price and, nice accommodation.

I booked this place for a local friend for when he works in town. He likes staying there but was disappointed this time as there was no hot water. He was looking forward to a nice shower. Apparently the whole motel had no hot water so hopefully its fixed now.

In a very busy and noisy place. Lots of traffic and constant horns tooting.
Being on my own from Australia, felt unsafe and spent most my time in my room.
One dining option next door which was great.
Overall not happy with what i paid and what i experienced.

I booked this place for a friend in Vanuatu so didn't personally stay there. The booking online was very quick and easy and my friend found check in quick and easy.

J’ai réserver ce logement car c’était l’un des moins cher, le prix à l’arrivée au comptoir est plus cher que sur internet et plus cher que le prix qu’il y avait au Fidji.
A mon arrivée la chambre avait une odeur de pipi j’ai donc aérée mis du produit etc mais l’odeur persiste c’est dégoûtant..
Le ménage n’est pas reelement fait, les lits sont ok mais la douche n’est pas nettoyé poil et cheveux partout, l’évier pareil. Le frigo n’est pas propre et la bouilloire est pleine de calcaire.
Dans la « cuisine » proposé il n’y a même pas de micro onde.
L’hôtel est relativement décevant au vu de la somme d’argent qu’ils empochent au vu du nombre de réservation ici.
J’ai demandé à que le ménage ne soit pas fait dans ma chambre comme je n’étais pas là je ne voulais pas que quelqu’un rentre dans ma chambre mais celui ci a quand même été fait..
la pauvre personne qui fesait le ménage n’avait pas eu l’information donc ce n’est pas de sa faute mais celle de l’accueil.
Il n’y a pas de wifi non plus dans les chambres c’est du mensonge !
Je ne recommande pas forcément ce logement, d’autant plus que la propriétaire qui n’est pas présente ne prend même pas le temps de répondre au mail qu’on lui envoie ça ne m’intéresse pas comme ce n’est pas de l’argent.

Good another room than booked, but was okay, too.
Friendly staff.
Clean bathroom.
Good location, close to the city center, shops & restaurants.
Don't expect 5 stars - but it also just costs a fraction of that ;)

We'd come again!

空港と市内の中間に位置しており便利。
施設に商店もあり、周辺には大型スーパーもあるので買い物もできる。
温かいシャワー、台所、冷蔵庫、扇風機など揃っていて、Wifiも問題ない速さ。
しかし一回あたりのパケット制限があるようで、約1GB利用すると再度ログインパスワードを求められるためその都度、スタッフに入力してもらう必要がある。

The first night the room was terrible noisy lights not working. Second night new room was very good. Thanks staff

Skinny girl at reception on 20 Feb wasn't very friendly. Room can get hot. Ants and cockroaches.

Kitchen needs work

Very simple accommodation, without any luxury, but clean and organized.

Great customer service. Beautiful rooms. All essential facilities are here. Can't wait to come back here again.

Perfectly fine for the price, had everything we needed for the stay. Wifi okayish, communal kitchen a bit small. Good people. A 30-40 min walk to town. Close to the supermarket and local market.

Good enough price for the private bathroom. Use only online for booking. If extend at the property, pay at the double price. WiFi was slow, outlets were far from the bed, the fridge doesn't work well, neighbours were noisy until 10pm.
