受付カウンターと部屋が離れすぎ
Pros:

タイトルの通り、今回宿泊した部屋はカウンターのあるE館ではなく、B館での宿泊になりました。E館とB館は3Fの通り抜けを使って徒歩移動するのですが、行きは従業員の方に先導されて行ったので問題ありませんでしたが、帰りは1人ではロックを解除出来ず、建物の外に出て大回りしてE館へ行きました。チェックインの際も、事前に予約していたにも関わらず不思議そうな顔をされ不安になりました。ただ、部屋は快適です。水回りも完璧でした。丁寧な態度で接してくれれば不満は一切ないのですが・・・。初めての人はカウンターにたどり着けない人がいると思います。とてもわかりにくい。

立地の良いホテル
Pros:

地下鉄の駅に近く、利便性がとても良いです。初めて行く人はどこに受付があるかとてもわかりにくいと思います。次回出張時も利用させてもらいます。

A Fraud hotel with full wrong information
Pros:

Everything is different than what was mentioned on hotels.com website,the location is different and very far from the location mentioned on hotels.com website,the property is furnished apartment and not hotel apartments (the rooms are not in the same building),and the name also is not as mentioned on hotels.com website (it is Quan Jing and not Shenzhen Panorama).
No cleaning for room and no any facilities (you have to consider yourself as at home and you have to be responsible for everything).

Horrible place full of lying staff
Pros:

We booked the hotel about two weeks in advance But got an email on the day of that they have canceled our reservation due to overbook. We were traveling by plane so we didn't receive this email until we landed in hong kong. On top of that, their location on the map is wrong. There is a misinformation between Expedia and the hotel. On Expedia it shows the hotel is right next to the convention and in downtown. Even the locations close to the hotel is wrong. This place is actually located about 30 minutes from downtown area. I am disappointed in both Expedia and the hotel. Beware of these conartist.

내부는 청결하고 지하철에서 가가워 좋앗음. 그러나 내부에 옷장이 없어서 장기 투숙하기에는 좀 아닌듯 함
