We loved our stay in Apartment 440. The apartment is huge. Lots of room for a family of 4. Beds were super comfortable.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Views of the Matterhorn from multiple windows.

Pros:

Es gibt in der Zwischensaison leider kein Frühstück. Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die italienischsprachigen Gäste auf derselben Etage waren abends lange laut (Türenknallen, gegenseitiges Klopfen). Das Zimmer war dieses Mal nicht so schön (hangseitig gelegen) wie beim letzten Mal, als wir zuoberst über das Dorf blickend sein konnten.

Sehr freundliches Personal, der Taxi Transfer vom Bahnhof Zermatt hat super geklappt, das Appartement mit drei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Tolle Lage zur Skigondel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A very nice pace to stay
Pros:

The apartment is lovely with a balcony. Very clean place with a nice view to the mountains. About 10-12 mins walk to the town center which is good, close enough but in a quiet area. Staff are very friendly, always there to help.

Sehr gut gelegen; Appartement grosszügig, was den Raum betrifft

Cons:

Lichtkonzept ist sehr schlecht; passt nicht zum edlen Ausbau (Deko Lampen statt neuste LED Technik); küche gut; aber Front hat ein Facelifting verdient (Alles bezogen auf Haus Vanessa Room 220
