Important information:

Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 50 tax. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. check in muito demorado, só tinha uma pessoa. não entendo por que ficam insistindo para fazer on line antes, já que não faz nenhuma diferença. café da manhã deixa a desejar pelo preço.

Caro pelo que oferece!
Pros:

A localização para minha proposta de final de semana atendeu, no entanto não há bons serviços ao redor para deslocamentos a pé.

Cons:

Café da manhã razoável, no entanto havia muita demora para reposição de itens oferecidos, banheiro com entupimentento no ralo e com o uso do chuveiro houve transbordamento do box que alagou o banheiro (falta de manutenção de rotina na limpeza de ralos de box e pia), luminária de cortesia ao lado da cama solta e caindo (outra falata de manutenção contínua) produtos de higiene pessoal de baixa qualidade e não havia toalha de rosto. Outro ponto a destacar é a falta de isolamento acústico nas janelas que vazam os ruídos da avenida que passa em frente ao hotel

Infelizmente, o banheiro apresenta falta de manutenção. O chuveiro estava torto e entupido, fazendo com que a água fosse direcionada para a parede, o que acabou deixando todo o banheiro alagado.
