Important information:

Please note that each room can only accommodate 1 pet, with a maximum weight of 15 kg. The pet fee is BRL 50 tax. If you travel with your pet, you must present the vaccination card with the vaccines up to date. Additionally, you must sign the consent form upon check-in. O chuveiro é pessimo alem de não esquentar não sai água,o atendimento muito confuso quando cheguei a funcionária que fez o check muito atenciosa e com muita boa vontade mas pelo jeito e nova no local e o sistema só caía aí veio uma funcionária mais antiga uma loira muito mal educada além de gritar com moça nova não tinha um pingo de respeito nem comigo e nem com a moça que estava nos atendendo humilhando ela fiquei muito constrangida a moça nova uma morena fazendo de tudo nota 10 pra ela não saiu do controle agora a funcionária antiga nota zero ,outra coisa na minha estadia está incluso café da manhã e na hora que fui lá disse que não estava aí tive que comprovar

Por ser um hotel de renome, deveria ser mais atrativo como café da manhã incluso e estacionamento. No quarto o frigobar estava desabastecido, sendo necessário ir ao saguão para pegar algo. O telefone fica no corredor, sendo um desconfortável. E no banheiro tinha vazamento.

A localização foi conveniente para o evento que participei e alguns funcionários demonstraram boa vontade em determinados momentos para tentar solucionar problemas apresentados durante a estadia.

Cons:

Infelizmente, minha experiência foi marcada por diversos problemas. Inicialmente fui acomodada em um quarto com forte odor de cigarro. Durante a hospedagem, o secador de cabelo apresentou falha grave e chegou a explodir durante o uso. Também houve falhas na limpeza do quarto, mesmo após solicitação prévia e tempo suficiente para a execução do serviço.
Como pessoa com deficiência (PCD), esperava maior atenção às questões de acessibilidade e atendimento. Além disso, recebi informações contraditórias da equipe sobre reservas, valores e acomodações acessíveis.
O episódio mais desconfortável ocorreu quando funcionários da recepção tentaram contato diretamente no quarto e chegaram a abrir a porta sem autorização prévia, o que gerou constrangimento e sensação de invasão de privacidade.
Considerando o padrão da rede Accor, a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.
