Cafe da manha e atendimento de alguns funcionários, piscina

A começar que cheguei com meu bebê e me disseram que nao tinha berço no hotel, o quarto velho e sujo, controles com fios expostos, quebrado, com vazamento

Bom Hotel com falhas administrativa
Pros:

Funcionários cordiais, quarto é agradável.

Cons:

Piscina suja, falta de toalhas de banho, ar condicionado não tinha como ligar, porque estava sem capa que reveste o controle. Grudado ao Pedágio , para qualquer lugar que vá, precisa pagar pedágio. Preço dos produtos para consumo no Hotel extremamente caros.

A localização não é legal, pois, não tem comércio por perto, e se quiser ir á cidade precisa pagar pedagio pra iir e pra voltar..

O quarto é pequeno mas suficiente, limpo, chuveiro bom , cama limpa e confortável. A localização é bem próxima a estrada mas as janelas são blindadas e não se ouve barulho algum da estrada.

Cons:

Fomos em várias pessoas o meu qto estava com.o ar cond funcionando mas os dos meus parentes haviam 5 qtos q o ar não estava funcionando.
Acho q falta uma infraestrutura melhor no térreo para um café. Pois chegamos atarde e só tinha café expresso e salgadinhos tipo chips. Não tinha um leite ,uma máquina de café com leite ou capucino ou um salgado qualquer tipo pao de queijo ou qualquer coisa q não fosse chips.
Tem o local, a pessoa servindo café, porque não colocar uma estrutura melhor?

O Hotel tem um bom quarto.

Cons:

Localização. Pra chegar no Hotel vc paga 2 pedágios de uma vez. Quarto gelado e o ar, que deveria também aquecer, gela ainda mais. Café fraco. Frigobar vazio. TV mínima. Precisa melhorar muito pra ficar bom.

devido aos inúmeros poblemas vivenciados no hotel,perda definitiva do cliente,c/marketing negativo.
Pros:

verdadeiramente tive uma péssima experiência nesse hotel,e o que eu mais gostei foi o fim da estada,já que nada funciona a contento nesse hotel,até pedi para falar com o gerente de nome "luis otávio",mas um funcionário da recepção "johnny",em que pese ter sido atencioso...veio com aquela resposta padrão que o mesmo encontrava-se em reunião.

Cons:

fica a dica...não se hospede nesse hotel:ar condicionado central não funciona,quartos pequenos,café da manhã sem variedades,funcionário "joão" que trabalha na recepção,ignora cliente,fiz um simples pedido,para que fossem trocadas as toalhas puídas do quarto e o mesmo nada fez.
