Havia uma ducha higiênica quebrada. Fiz reclamação e não me atenderam, nem mudaram de quarto. Foi-me dada uma resposta tola, tautológica. Após eu comunicar o problema e o "técnico" inspecionar o banheiro, foi-me repetido o que eu já tinha comunicado, isto é, que a ducha estava quebrada!! E que eu poderia usar o registro, coisa que eu também tinha comunicado. Não notei boa vontade para resolver o problema que adverti que seria de fácil solução, com uma encomenda no Mercado Livre. Eu mesmo poderia fazer a troca. Achei a conduta do hotel MUITO POUCO PROFISSIONAL
