A localização, as camas confortáveis, frigobar no quarto. Café da manhã com muitas opções e de qualidade

Cons:

O quarto deveria ter uma lixeira além da que tem do banheiro e o banheiro precisa de uma atenção especial aos rejuntes que estão com mofo. O ar condicionado está com cheiro, talvez precise limpar o filtro tbm.

Pros:

Tínhamos um evento para ir e fomos bem recebidos. Estacionamento ok, estrutura do hotel ok, funcionários ok. Pelo valor pago, achei que compensou muito se hospedar no IBIS.

Cons:

Alguns pontos para melhoria, ter condicionador nos banheiros, e a porta de vidro tem um vão que acaba espirando água e vai tudo para fora do banheiro.
Cobrar uma limpeza mais exigente das camareiras, nos rejuntes e box estava um pouco sujo.
Mas não atrapalhou em nada. Somente para corrigir esses detalhes.

Pros:

Equipe muito educada e disposta a nos atender. Ambiente agradável.

Cons:

Cama rangendo a qualquer movimento; chaves das portas que desmagnetizavam o tempo todo; TVs antigas, sem a possibilidade de assistir um filme; Hotel sem estrutura para cuidados com a saude, tipo: academia por exemplo.
