The location

I didn't like the receptionist who receives the cars, named Tiago Santos. He was very rude and lacks the skills to deal with people. I understand that he shouldn't continue working at reception as an employee. Furthermore, the Ibis hotel doesn't have face towels, and the toilet seat kept closing on our backs when we were seated, causing a lot of discomfort. The first receptionist I spoke to when I arrived was also impolite.

Cons:

Os quartos do subsolo ja estiveram alagados, a sensação se ver isso (as marcas nos acabamentos e mobílias) é horrível. E é muito ruim a sensação de abafado e mofo nos corredores do subsolo
