Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. Durante a estadia, a chave do quarto parou de funcionar diversas vezes, causando transtornos. A televisão estava em condições ruins, com o som chiando constantemente, o que dificultava seu uso.
O maior problema aconteceu no dia do check-out, quando fiquei sem água quente para tomar banho. Considerando o valor da hospedagem e o mínimo de conforto esperado, essa situação foi bastante decepcionante.
Espero que o estabelecimento realize as melhorias necessárias para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelos mesmos problemas.

O chuveiro no meio do box, eu escolhia molhar o cabelo ou não tomar banho. Aqui na escolha do quarto eu selecionei com café incluído e paguei o mesmo preço da descrição, mas quando fui fazer o check out foi cobrado um café. Como eu não tinha tempo de procurar a gerência, preferi seguir minha viagem, mas insatisfeita.
