Pros:

A cama é boa, de casal mesmo, não aquelas que juntam. O café da manhã é bem completo e os horários são ótimos. O fato de ter restaurante ajuda muito. Embora tenha pratos limitados, funcionam bem como um quebra galho para quem está cansado de um dia de trabalho. Os funcionários da manhã e da tarde são gentis e atenciosos.

Cons:

Primeiro, não respondem as perguntas que enviamos pelo Booking. O hotel é 220v e isso não foi avisado - a cidade é 110v. Liguei para perguntar e me responderam que tinhas as duas voltagens nos quartos. A equipe da noite deixa a desejar. Cheguei para fazer o check in e uma das atendentes estava batendo papo como se fosse cliente. A televisão é muito limitada. Mesmo sendo smart, não colocaram na rede de Internet e vc fica restrito a 3 canais locais. Pelo valor, esperava um pouco mais de conforto. Tinha 1 cabide apenas e nem armário para as roupas.

Quarto sujo e quente!

Os atendentes eram educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

O que salva o hotel são os atendentes educados e prestativos, mas o banheiro é muito sujo, mofado em todos os ladrilhos e com cheiro muito ruim! O quarto também não cheira bem, devido ao ar que não parece ter sido limpo no último ano, além disso ele não gela. Passei muito calor, pedi para trocar e me disseram que não poderiam pois estava lotado. Enfim, não tive uma boa estadia e não recomendo.
