Cordialidade dos funcionários, chegamos antes do horário de check in e conseguimos já nos hospedar sem grandes dificuldades. O bar com funcionamento 24 hs é top. Quarto muito confortável consegui dormi tranquilamente. Concerteza eminha próxima ida a São Paulo irei me hospedar novamente.

Cons:

Precisei ficar em duas suítes, pois são quartos para duas pessoas somente. Poderia ter suíte família... Precisa apenas melhorar o atendimento via telefone. Demorou mais de 4 dias, tentando contato via telefone. Nunca atendem.
