Estadia ótima, café da manhã maravilhoso.

Cons:

Tive apenas um problema na chegada, pois ao fazer o check in, me deram o cartão de um quarto que já haviam pessoas. Tive que voltar pra recepção pra trocar de cartão.
Senti falta também de kit de higiene no banheiro.

Cons:

Recepcionistas totalmente mal informados...cada hora falavam uma coisa diferente....queriam cobrar a mais pq estava com meu namorado sendo que paguei para 2 pessoas...a tv não funcionava...servico péssimo...pedi delivery a portaria recebeu e quando fui buscar falaram que não tinha nada...briguei no Ifood e no final tinham recebido e esquecido. Falaram que o restaurante abria as 17:30 quando a gente desceu falaram que era as 19...acho que a única parte que deu tudo certo foi o estacionamento
