Cons:

Atendimento da recepção foi demorado e pouco profissional. Fiquei 40 minutos na fila esperando para fazer o check in, com cerca de apenas 4 pessoas na minha frente e duas atendentes trabalhando. Quando cheguei no quarto, o banheiro estava com respingos de xixi na beirada do vaso.

A cama confortável e a vista do quarto.

Cons:

A piscina estava suja. A cobrança de consumo de água mineral do frigobar quando fui realizar o checkout. Expliquei que não houve nenhum consumo e cancelaram a cobrança, entretanto esse tipo de situação não deveria acontecer.
